'The visit there was excellent'

'Both washer and dryer were broken. I did call two days before and ask. I was told both were fine and working. The guy at the front desk said. They have been broken for last month.'

'Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. ...

'They need to fix the elevators. Employees have a letter in the elevator asking guests to contact owners bc they feel this should be done long time ago. One doesn’t work and the other one has some poorly functioning buttons. Employees were super helpful and nice. Pool is great. Close to massive mall and whole foods.'

'The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. 'Lovely stay . Great self-contained room with everything Nulu has to offer on your doorstep..1st night there was some live music going on at across the street at Taj bar which kept me awake , but apart from that little bump i cannot fault the room... they have lots more in the back further away from street so worth checking. Excellent stay and will def return if im back !!'

'Hotel voor onderweg, maar er zijn betere opties. Karig ontbijt, dat ook klokslag 9 uur wordt afgeruimd. Das wel heel vroeg. Ook de tv in de ontbijtruimte gaat uit. Niet zo vriendelijk. Bedden zijn prima (met een vervelende hoge rand - je zit er niet fijn op, bv voor tv kijken), kamers ruim, maar de airco is zeer luid. De douche in de badkamer is lachwekkend laag. Ik (1.73) moest bukken om er onder te kunnen staan. Belachelijk. '
