WELKOM BIJ CAPE GUINEVERE BIJ BAXTER MEER
Geniet van dit fantastische meerhuis in New Hampshire. Cape Guinevere wordt omgeven door bomen en is het perfecte toevluchtsoord voor een rustig uitje met schilderachtige schoonheid overal waar u kijkt. Cape Guinevere is centraal gelegen aan Baxter Lake, op ongeveer 30 minuten van zowel Portsmouth en Lake Winnipesaukee, en Gunstock Mountain, Loudon, Laconia, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Wolfeboro, Concord, Newburyport, Manchester en Hampton Beach zijn allemaal binnen 1 uur.

Cape Guinevere is gelegen op twee verdiepingen boven de grond, met bijna 2.000 vierkante meter aan comfortabele leefruimte. 4 slaapkamers (2 queensize bedden, 1 tweepersoonsbed, 2 aparte bedden), 2. 5 badkamers, beddengoed en handdoeken inbegrepen, een complete keuken met veel keukengerei en keukengerei, een gigantische tafel met plaats voor 10 personen en zitplaatsen op picknicktafels . We hebben een compleet Thanksgiving-diner georganiseerd op Cape Guinevere voor 14 personen, en alles is geweldig gebleken!

Cape Guinevere ligt op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar het strand aan het Baxter-meer langs een rustige en veilige weg. Vanaf hier kunt u zwemmen, kajaks lanceren, een boot lanceren of gewoon genieten van het uitzicht. We bevinden ons direct aan de stadslijn Farmington en Rochester, en u vindt voldoende voorzieningen op 15 minuten rijden met de auto in Rochester (grote supermarkten, Home Depot, Lowe's, restaurants, benzinestations, diensten, etc.)

Je hebt een auto nodig om naar Cape Guinevere te komen, maar gelukkig hebben we voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor 6-8 auto's. Eenmaal daar kun je de straat op en neer lopen. Je zult ook mensen zien rijden op ATV's, motorfietsen of sneeuwscooters, afhankelijk van het seizoen.

Cape Guinevere is het perfecte huis voor vier seizoenen, met geweldige isolatie en verwarming voor de winter en centrale A / C voor de zomer.

The house was a perfect size for us, having 4 adults, 4 kids under 7 and 2 dogs. We did not feel cramped at all!The outdoors area is perfect for hanging out around the fire with food on the grill and while the kids play!! The lake/beach areas, very well kept and beautiful. The house was VERY well prepped from the kitchen to the bedrooms! Every dish/cooking pot you can think of, cooked 3 nights and had everything we needed and more!Butternut farm is great!! Apple cider donuts and their Apple BBQ sauce was top notch!Lastly, the host is great! Very responsive and helpful! We didn't ask for much but from what we did ask, I could tell he was willing to go above and beyond! Would definitely recommend!

Kicking Back Along Camelot Shores

Our hosts could not have been more thoughtful or any more hospitable. They had an uncanny ability to anticipate any want and/or need and customized their property to optimize our guest experience. The home is spacious and cozy at the same time. The outdoor area and fire pit made for memorable evenings. The location along the shores of Baxter Lake was convenient for all the activities that we engaged in. I highly recommend spending time at Camp Guenevere. Make certain to plan in advance as this property is very popular and justifiably so. Thank you.

UNH Graduation Weekend

We picked this property because of the location (about 25 minutes from the University of New Hampshire), size (we had 6 adults, needed 4 bedrooms) and dog-friendliness (had to bring our guy). Communication with Jason was easy. He promptly answered my questions as they came up. The cabin was spotless! Pictures and description were accurate. The neighborhood is adorable! The beach was a short walk from the house. We lucked out and had a beautiful summer day (in mid May). We took advantage of the kayaks and beach chairs and spent the whole day with our graduate on the beach! I would highly recommend this property for families. My only regret is not staying longer!

Excellent, well maintained property in NH

Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away in NH. The owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. Property was clean, well stocked with cooking gear and cooking basics, there was firewood and kindling for making a fire, and everything was in good working condition. We had infants and children with us and they had a blast. Location is a quick 20 minutes away from downtown Dover and the Children's museum, if you're looking for something to do with small children. Great rental, we might use it again if we go back to NH.

Wonderful place

Clean, well-maintained house. Many amenities above and beyond. Even generous supply of firewood. Not sure I'll ever be back in that area but if I am, that's where I'm staying. Jason was very helpful with communication before and during our visit. FIVE STARS! You won't be disappointed.

Perfect family getaway

The house was great for a family gathering - especially the large dining table for playing games, doing puzzles and, of course, dining. Every amenity (including a very well stocked kitchen) you might need was provided. The fire pit with plenty of firewood and outdoor grill added so much to the ambiance! The house feels quiet and remote with so many activities ( restaurants, etc) a very close drive away. Would absolutely go back there!

Fabulous Family Vacation

We have rented many vacation properties for our annual family vacation, but this property is absolutely the best of the best! It's so comfortable and accommodating for the adults, grandchildren and even our 4 month old grandson. We enjoyed the lake during the day and the firepit at night. Guinevere was perfect!

This our second year at Cape Guinevere, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well equipped, and really just perfect for our family to gather for meals, walks around Lancelot Shores, and of course for fires around the fire pit. It is close to Rochester and stores but we felt like we had our own private getaway in the woods. We’d go back again in a heartbeat!

Perfect New England Vacation

We spent a week in this lovely, immaculate and comfortable home. Our family rages in age from 7 to 68 years old, and every one of us enjoyed this vacation. The location was perfect. There are a couple small beaches that we could walk to but we were close enough to drive to Ogunquit Maine to spend a day at the ocean beach. We even spent a day at Lake Winnipesaukee and enjoyed that beautiful area. When we were just relaxing at home, there were plenty of board games to play, and we even enjoyed sitting around the fire pit a couple evenings. We had such a wonderful time. The homeowner was so quick to answer our questions and was very accommodating. Our family agrees that this is a rental home that we all want to return to!

The coziest birthday getaway

Came to stay for my birthday weekend with a few friends to be cozy by the fireside and play board games. It ended up being -2 Fahrenheit for most of the time we were there, but we were snug and happy at Cape Guinevere! Everything was spotless, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at any VRBO/BnB. The owner is so friendly and easy to communicate with. Really a wonderful experience. We hope to return for future cozy getaways!

Beautiful home and location

My husband and I spent a short break for two nights. Jason is a fantastic host with a wonderful home and beautiful location overlooking the lake. The home is spotless and full of everything you could possibly need. The neighbors are friendly and there are some lovely trails a short drive away as well as apple picking. The sunrise over the lake is sublime. It was quiet and peaceful and such a wonderful break from the busy city. We brought our big Malamute with us and Jason even provided a dog bed. We live in the city and it was only a 90-minute drive to this beautiful home with such beautiful autumn colors everywhere and fresh air. We will come again!

Cozy and Perfect

Met for a family gathering at this lovely property, which turned out to be the perfect cozy spot for us. Close to stores but still a quiet getaway at the lake. The house was well appointed and we especially appreciated some of the really nice kitchen supplies for the family cooks. Jason provided very detailed instructions and we had no problems with arrival or departure. The house is tastefully decorated, clean and all is in working order. We enjoyed sitting around the massive dining table and the beautiful fire pit. I would definitely book this property again. I wish I were there right now!
