The space:

This outstanding and premium property has been built in a quiet residential neighbourhood and very close to the island of Faro, renowned by its sandy beaches and the protected “Ria Formosa” nature reserve. Composed by 4 ample bedrooms suite which can accommodate between 8 and a maximum 12 persons (up to 4 children only). The property land has approximately 1300 m2 with a private pool (10x5), playground and an incredible beach volleyball field. TVs with cable connection, WIFI, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Plus, an outside BBQ with garden furniture. 3 living rooms and a kitchen, including a 90cm oven with its drawer to keep food warm, that will make cook lovers their happiness. The villa has also an outside private parking spot for 4 vehicles.



The Access:

Guests will have the exclusive access to the entire villa. Located 5 minutes from the island of Faro and 10 minutes to the city centre. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. House rules must be always respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed in any reservation is 8-12 people.

The property has bicycles (4 for adults and 1 for children) - additional fee applies at the time of booking.
