'The option to stay in serviced apartment was excellent. It provided flexibility/choice when it came to food as we could eat in or eat out. It was great for a small group as there were two bed (twin or could be put together as a double) and a double sofa bed. The apartment was clean and had good facilities. The location was great, and it was wonderful to have parking available on site at no additional charge.'

'City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. '

We were shown to our room where she had prepared comprehensive details of useful information about places to go, eating places etc. Lovely en-suite shower and extremely comfortable bed. 'We loved our stay here! It was very affordable and exactly what we needed for our weekend trip in Bath. It was very close to all the sites and pubs. The room fit the two of us well and it was very clean. There is no air conditioning but we opened the window and did just fine. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an affordable option. '

'A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

'We’ve just enjoyed a four night stay in Bristol heavily focused on shows at the Hippodrome. The flat was situated perfectly for easy walking to the venue, across to Cabot Circus and Broad Mead and also for exploring on foot further afield. The accommodation was extremely well furnished and decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the secure parking was excellent. Communications with the company were spot on, their instructions were easy to follow and slight...

'It didn’t go as expected. The room doesn’t appear as how it was on the app. There was this strong smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable and not accommodating at all. Only two bathrooms for 10 rooms is unacceptable. U pleasant at all so I checked out yesterday around 3pm instead of today. We only spent one night and that’s because of the nature of the place. It’s not safe to be there. There is only two bathroom for the ten rooms here and due to that we had to climb like three floors...

'Beautiful and spacious studio apartment in a good location. Clean and comfortable. Some minor complaints: kitchen had no spatula (but there were other utensils to awkwardly flip my fried egg) and the towel heater in the bathroom could not be switched off so it is constantly heating the room, even when you maybe don't want that. "Mooie grote kamer, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote tv met vele leuke tv zenders. Het was alleen jammer dat het geluid van de straat niet goed getemperd was. Door de drukke straat bij het hotel hoorde je met name in de avond en ‘s nachts het verkeer razen en de sirenes loeien. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed verzorgd. Ruime keuze. In de parkeergarage naast het hotel kun je je auto parkeren voor 17 pond per dag. "

"Wij hadden een kamer met raam. Ik moet er zelf niet aan denken om een kamer zonder raam te hebben. Jammer dat het raam niet open kon. Verder was alles netjes maar er lag wat stof op de vensterbank en ook op de vloer. En de zwarte doucheruimte zou ik niet met witte handdoek schoonmaken. Dan blijven de pluisjes zichtbaar aanwezig. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en je kon de koffers en tassen bij hun bewaren. Zelf vind ik het wel heel leuk om begroet te worden bij binnenkomt of weggaat en als je langs de receptie loopt en dat deden ze dan weer niet. Verder was het bed hard maar voor mij lieverd hard dan zacht. En ik zou zeker weer terug komen. Hierboven genoemde tips maakten het zeker geen slecht hotel. Het is het verschil tussen goed en fantastisch voor mij. "
