'Lovely spot to stay - handy to everywhere in the Dolomites. Comfortable room with a balcony, a welcome aperitivo, sauna and pool are perfect, and the spa/massages are a nice treat. Everyone was lovely - couple of times things were miscommunicated and I was left in the restaurant for 30mins one night, But other than that it was great.
The restaurant across the road is a handy and a great meal! (Open till 10pm 7days)'

'The lobby and bar are verry luxurious but all the other parts of the hotel are a bit out dated.
Also they want your credit card information writen down even when you have booked with expedia, maybe should have been mentiond somewhere.'

'Modern and Beautiful hotel strategically located at city center. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful - all essential information was well communicated.
The room is spacious with comfortable bed, very clean and well maintained in general. Rooftop restaurant has a fantastic view and the breakfast was well organised with helpful staffs.
Will definitely return to this hotel if happen to revisit this city in near future.'

'Wonderful stay. The NICEST staff, high quality room (we had the junior suite, which comfortably accommodated us 3) and a fantastic location. The employees kindly and carefully helped us get gluten-free food for one family member at breakfast and lunch. I’d highly recommend Hotel Figl and hope to return.'
