Arrived with a 911 technology emergency and the staff handled everything. Great location for high line and galleries on 23rd. '

The neighbourhood is dirty and not very attractive though close enough to the more popular areas in downtown. "I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room had a wooden lattice ceiling, which meant I could hear everything from the neighboring room—including my neighbor snoring all night. It was extremely noisy and lacked privacy.
There was only one women’s toilet for the entire floor.
The room was also extremely cold. The only blanket provided was thin, and there was no proper duvet. I spent the entire night freezing. To make matters worse, the emergency door/window was left open."
