The house spans three floors and is designed to comfortably accommodate families, groups of friends, or couples, offering space, comfort, and privacy.
On the first floor, you’ll find a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and a fold-out bed.
The second floor features another double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a cozy dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The third floor is the true gem of the house: a spacious, fully equipped panoramic terrace with a built-in kitchen (gas stove and charcoal grill), an outdoor hot-water shower, and a relaxation area, from which you can admire the heart of the island, the sea, and a glimpse of the historic Tonnara Florio.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the common areas, and ceiling fans in all rooms.
To ensure everyone’s safety, smoking is prohibited inside the house, as there are smoke detectors. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies and terrace.
