Heerlijke DT Bungalow

Pak je koffers en ervaar hoe het is om te leven als een local in het coolste stadje van Amerika! Fayetteville is een stad vol buitenavontuur, charme van kleine steden en overheerlijke lokale eetgelegenheden.

Onlangs gerenoveerd, deze prachtige, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, de bungalow biedt moderne gemakken, historische charme en een rustige patio toevluchtsoord. Het is het perfecte basiskamp voor NRG-ontdekkingsreizigers.

Oorspronkelijk gebouwd in 1927, is dit heerlijke huis van 1800 vierkante meter, een verdieping, druipt van het originele karakter en charme. Het is bijgewerkt met alle moderne gemakken, waaronder; een volledig uitgeruste keuken, twee badkamers en centrale airconditioning en verwarming. Het was echter erg belangrijk voor ons om zoveel mogelijk van de originele details en eigenzinnige geschiedenis als mogelijk verspreid te houden.

Het is een plek voor reizigers om te verkennen, opnieuw in te stellen, na te denken en te creëren. We hopen dat u geniet van elk moment van uw comfortabele verblijf. Ontspan met uw koffie in de ochtend in onze rustige boerderij keuken, of ontspannen met een groot glas rode wijn op de ontspannende dakterras na een dag spelen in de prachtige New River Gorge.

Eindelijk, na een lange dag verkennen, trek je terug in een van de drie slaapkamers voor een stille nachtrust. Onze slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed, bekroond met zachte katoenen lakens en een gezellige donzen dekbed en een bijgevoegd eigen badkamer. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele eenpersoonsbedden met daarop veel kussens en een dons alternatief dekbed en de derde slaapkamer / tv-kamer (toegang tot de keuken is via deze kamer) biedt een queensize slaapbank die gemakkelijk kan worden uitgetrokken om twee huis te herbergen. mensen.

We hopen dat je de tijd neemt om te genieten van elk moment van je verblijf in onze lichte, heldere en heerlijke retraite.

We zijn een eenvoudige, korte vijf minuten lopen naar het centrum van Fayetteville, Secret Sandwich Society, leuke lokale winkels, de zaterdagochtend Farmer's Market en het stadspark wandel / fietspaden.

Truly Delightful

Wonderful bungalow!

I just returned from a week long stay at the DT bungalow. I was traveling with my husband, 5 young adults and 2 dogs. Our big group loved this stylish, comfy, well stocked home. This property has so many areas to hang out as a big group such as family game night at the dining room table, big breakfast in the large kitchen, campfire in the pit area or playing fetch with the dogs in the beautiful back yard. If it's quiet you're looking for, the front patio, one of the bedrooms, the living room are so comfortable. The proximity to downtown Fayetteville was the biggest factor in my decision to rent this property and it didn't disappoint. The coffee shops, vintage stores, restaurants, outdoor outfitters are all a short walk from the house. We took advantage of all the area has to offer including the Bridge Walk, whitewater rafting, a coal mine tour, boating at Summersville lake and plenty of hiking. This home is centrally located for all of these activities. Finally, I am always worried renting a dog friendly home. This house was immaculate. It smelled clean and fresh upon arrival and I didn't see evidence of dog hairs or accidents from prior dogs. Communication with Elizabeth was excellent. She was welcoming and extremely responsive. I will absolutely stay here again.

A trip to remember!

Elizabeth's home was the PERFECT location for a mini-reunion with family. Six of us stayed very comfortably in the home -- including our addition of an air mattress in the bedroom with two single beds so our three teens could have a perpetual slumber party! Photos were spot on with the reality of the home. And the back deck and yard were perfect for home-cooked breakfasts and dinners, and evening games. Location was perfect for rafting, hiking, swimming and more. Thank you again and again, Elizabeth, for four fabulous days!

A good place for 6 guys to stay for 3 nights

The house is centrally located to downtown (1/3 mile) and the New River Gorge bridge (3 miles). The home is well kept. The only concern we had was severe paint pealing in the ceiling of the dining room. The owner assured us that there the 20 layers of old paint didn't have any lead in it and that it would be repaired. We didn't spend any time in that room. It's well kept and good for a large group.

The home was exactly as advertised. My spouse and I were visiting the New Gorge National Park and Fayetteville. Our trip could not have been more pleasant. The home had great and thoughtful advantages. No steps, close to where we wanted to be. With great touches, like enough coffee for our entire visit. Even oil & spices should we have cooked. However instead of cooking we had fabulous meals at several of the local restaurants.

Excellent house so close to downtown

This house is beautiful, exactly like the pictures and perfectly clean! We loved being so close to the National park that we could come back to the house for lunch in between hikes. The walk to downtown is super easy, there are plenty of cute shops & restaurants. We highly recommend this house and loved that we were able to bring our dog.

This cute and quirky home was the perfect location for all of our New River Gorge adventures. The location was excellent - within walking distance to downtown restaurants and convenient to the bridge, hiking trails and Fayetteville Station Road. White water rafting outfitters less than 5 mins away. House was very clean, kitchen well equipped. Back deck perfect spot for morning coffee or evening snacks. This home is perfect for family gatherings as well as a girls weekend away. Would definitely visit again!

QUIET, QUIRKY PLACE

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal parking, but overflow parking isn't too far away. The remodeled house itself has an interesting and quirky layout which I wasn't sure if it would work out, but in the end turned out to be just what we needed. Communication with the property manager was easy. Yes, she did check with us on the first day to see if there was anything we needed, but until the last day we didn't hear from her unless we sent her a question. The house was extremely clean and decorated for the holidays, giving it an extra special vibe. A one level house, which for some members of our group made it easier to get around the house. In addition, several in our group rated the mattresses as the most comfortable they had slept on. The location made downtown Fayetteville very easy to walk to and explore. In all, I would suggest this house as a good location for a group looking for place to meet up at.
