'The room was spacious with nice decor and seating options. The ceiling had water stains in 2 places. The pillow were nice and comfy. I had to moved three times due to the first room AC not working properly, the second room had a heavy cologne smell like the previous guest possibly wasted or busted a bottle somewhere on the carpet. 'The sink in the room was cracked. The outside door, right outside of the room was broken. That caused us to go around the long way just to get to our room. The bathroom vent did not work. The breakfast was okay. However, the juice machine was broken the whole time. Parking was horrible and scary. The man that checked me in was not very friendly and would stop assisting me just to answer the phone. Then he proceeded to help the person on the phone and have me wait. 'I have traveled to quite a few places in the world, but the hospitality at this hotel was some I have ever received. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs and especially good with our small children. I cannot recommend this place enough'
