Resort style living within a parklike setting is perhaps one of the most telling descriptions of this unique property. Imagine your family and friends feasting on meals crafted on the to-die-for outdoor kitchen created for a true barbeque king. It includes a fabulous two-minute pizza oven, your choice of charcoal, gas and black stone grills. There is every amenity a master outdoor chef craves. The outdoor kitchen can be used both for serving a feast for a large gathering or to entertain an intimate group with 8 swivel barstools.
And while barbequing away imagine being surrounded by all your loved ones splashing away in the awesome pool or chatting away on the mega deck where seating is overly abundant. The deck features a large round table which can seat 8-10, a small round table that seats 4, a child’s table (seats 4-5) and an outdoor seating area around a fireplace that seats (8-10). There is an outdoor shower for everyone who wants to transition from the grill or pool to the other activities like corn hole, dinosaur/fairy Garden, kids fort with swings and a sandbox, playhouses, hammock, netted trampoline, fire pit, pickleball, basketball, and biking in the neighborhood. In truth, no one has a yard like this. Kids and adults alike LOVE it! It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place to make memories with the ones you love.

Guests will also greatly appreciate the many gathering areas inside the house including two living rooms, a family room, separate dining room and eat-in kitchen with a pass-through bar seating. Kitchen has two sinks and granite counters for easier meal preparation. The beautiful antique replica stove boasts of both a four burner gas top with hood, over a convection equipped electric oven. There is a microwave station in the kitchen as well as a coffee station in the adjoining dining room.

You can choose between four fireplaces, three inside and one out (two wood and two electric). There are also two deck heaters for cooler gatherings outside and plastic poolside appropriate cups and dishes are provided. We also have available an abundance of extra folding chairs and tables in the bike shed nearest the pool area if needed, for larger gatherings and special events. The home sleeps 22 and is situated on a large half-acre lot with plenty of parking on the long driveway and street.

The home is well stocked with many games and a DJ worthy collection of CDs and a karaoke machine plus a piano, guitar, Cajon Box Drum and an electric keyboard. Instruments are for ADULT use please. There are many toys including a play kitchen for children of most ages. The backyard is fenced and there is an additional fence around the pool for extra safety. This home has been a blessing to our family. And we hope those who stay here will be blessed with wonderful memories as well.
