Summary:
Mission House is a luxurious two story house located in the heart of East Fayetteville. Our home can sleep up to 6 guests in three private and ornate bedrooms. This property sits at the base of Mt Sequoyah and is 2.5 miles from The University Of Arkansas. You are a short drive away from Dickson Street, local restaurants, craft brew pubs, shopping, live music, acclaimed trails, and all that Downtown Fayetteville has to offer!
The Space:
Parking is available directly behind the home under a two space carport. After walking down the driveway and through the red front door, you will enter a small hallway that leads to the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room. Behind the dining table you will find the entry to a small fenced backyard and patio seating for three people. Full floor plan including bedroom and bathroom layout is provided at the end of our listing photos.
The open concept living room was thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating, a streaming ready smart TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and guest amenities giving you the opportunity to cook meals during your stay or host a small gathering with family and friends. Each bedroom is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, sound machine, and elegant bed linens. Our pristine bathrooms are replenished with ultra plush towels and bath essentials.

Guest Access:
A code will be provided to access the front door. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. The amenities provided in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are enough to a guest started during a trip. We do not provide an excess amount of amenities for more than a couple of days. Guest are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out during their stay.

Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: Upon check in, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
