Welcome to our Vacation Apartment 1—your cozy vacation home on the sunny island of Fehmarn. This lovingly furnished ground-floor apartment offers plenty of space for up to four people in its approximately 55 m² and is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family, friends, or as a couple.

The bright and welcoming decor creates a pleasant, cozy atmosphere from the very first moment. Here, you can relax after an eventful day at the beach or a bike ride across the island and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Thanks to its ground-floor location and its own very spacious terrace, you’ll spend many wonderful hours outdoors—whether enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, reading a good book, or spending a cozy evening with a glass of wine.

The vacation rental is located in a quiet area in the popular island town of Burg on Fehmarn. From here, you can reach the historic town center with its small shops, cafés, and restaurants in just a few minutes. Burgstaaken Harbor, the fine-sand South Beach, and numerous recreational activities and attractions are also nearby and easily accessible by bike or car.

Whether it’s relaxing days at the beach, long walks along the coast, water sports, bike rides, or cultural excursions—Fehmarn offers a wide range of options for a varied vacation in every season.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in this vacation apartment. Please note that even apartments where pets are not allowed cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.　


An early check-in-in starting at 10:00 a.m. and a late check-out with departure by 4:00 p.m. can be booked as optional extras for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these requests no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during peak season: During the high season, we can only accept direct consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly from the previous one and lead directly to the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

Additional fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.
