The terraces invite you to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the countryside. The entryway leads to a cozy living/dining area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a large wooden table that seats 10 people. From here, you also have access to the covered terrace with a dining area and to the large kitchen, which features a pantry and a breakfast nook. Next to the dining area is a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room, which also houses a washer and dryer. On the other side of the living room is another bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace overlooking the countryside. Next to it is a bathroom. From the entryway, steps lead to the upper floor with two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, the other with two single beds and an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms share a terrace overlooking the garden and pool area, as well as the mountains in the distance.<br><br>The property is large and surrounded by walls, giving children plenty of space to play and run around. At the back of the house is a covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool. A large table with chairs is perfect for outdoor meals, while a chill-out area with a sofa and armchairs offers a place to relax. From the terrace, a path leads through the Mediterranean garden—featuring herbs like rosemary and sage—to the pool. The beautiful pool (11 m x 5 m, depth min. 1 m, max. 2 m), with brick steps and an outdoor shower, is surrounded by a sun deck with lounge chairs. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the long summer days. At the other end of the pool, there is a covered barbecue area with a brick barbecue, a dining area, and a shower room.
