The furniture gives the 295 m² house a very special style. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, another with a double bed, and the third one with 2 single beds, providing space for 6 people in the house. The house has 4 bathrooms.



There is a spacious living room and a large kitchen with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.



On cooler days, you can use the fireplace or the heat pump heater; for warmer days, there is air conditioning in the house. Additionally, there is a safe, WIFI connection, and satellite TV in the house (Spanish, English, German).
