This delightful 3 bedroom villa is only a short walk from the amenities of Cala Serena, plus a couple of excellent beaches, in the resort of Cala D'or. If you want to see any of the other local beaches, areas, Cala D'or centre or the superb marina, you'll be a 20 minutes' walk away. Villa Reco has a private swimming pool and a bright, high quality interior. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Reco is in a great central location, in the area of Cala Serena, Cala D'or. A restaurant and supermarket are within a short walk from Villa Reco so those daily essentials are nearby. The marina and main centre of Cala D'or are within a short drive or 20 minutes' walk. If you do decide to hire a car, you'll also have a good golf course and a variety of attractions at your fingertips.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
