Only one block to the beach, plus ocean and bay views! Escape the hassles of everyday life and enjoy a true beach vacation at this four-story five-bedroom, four-bath townhome with great views from every angle! Featuring an elevator, this resort retreat is professionally-decorated with contemporary beach furnishings and all the comforts of home. With an open floor plan that is great for entertaining and a large well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, this home makes for an ideal vacation rental. Accessibile-friendly features: The fourth-floor bathroom features a grab bar and a comfort-height commode (two inches taller than standard). Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Five TVs, DVD, elevator, gas fireplace, WiFi. Parking is available for up to three cars.

The second level has three bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bath, and a third bedroom with two twin beds (no attached bath). The fourth level has a bedroom with a king bed and an attached bath and another bedroom with a daybed with a trundle (two singles - no attached bath).

Community amenities: Pier, outdoor pool, hiking paths, and picnic area. Beach access is available via a pathway on the east side of Coastal Highway. A $150 resort fee is required from May 15 to September 15.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice view of bay

It was a nice property with room for 10. My elderly parents really appreciated the elevator! We enjoyed bird watching on the bay. The house was lacking in kitchen utensils and space. Dining table only sits 6 which was hard, plus only 12 forks total! They could definitely use some more silverware and chairs. Bedroom on top floor with trundle had uncomfortable mattresses. Beach access was relatively easy across the highway.

Fenwick Island Vacation

The house and location was nice. Really enjoyed the view of the marsh and the location near the state park beach was wonderful. Nice house but could stand some touch up. Cleanliness condition when we arrived was terrible particularly considering the additional cleaning statements regarding COVID. We had to call to get a cleaning crew to come in and do a full cleaning. They were fabulous! The original cleaning crew gets an F.

Great location for COVID holiday

This house was a great place to stay while attempting a socially distant vacation. PROS: Easy walk to the beach, uncrowded area as there is no public beach parking available, but quick trip to Bethany and northern Ocean City for take-out etc. Note that there are NO lifeguards on the beach in this area so be aware if you are not a strong swimmer or have little kids. It wasn't an issue for us. Good bedding, plenty of room to spread out. Great shower and tub in the master bathroom. Parking for three cars, but the garage is a tandem, so depending on the size of your cars, you can fit two in the garage. CONS: The kitchen utensils need a serious update. Cheap plastic service pieces that bend while you are cooking. The house sleeps 10, but there were only 10 forks and knives. A quick trip to IKEA or Target for a new set would be an easy fix. Also, there were only a couple of wine glasses. Again, an inexpensive set would make a difference. Because we were cooking more at home and not going out so much, it made a difference. Also the dining room table seats 6, but again, the house sleeps 10. Kids ended up eating at the kitchen bar; we would have liked to eat all together. The sofas are dated, and not entirely comfortable; while we didn't spend a lot of time hanging out in the house they could use an update given the price of the rental. On the property management side, the towels in the linen service were so-so; it's easy enough to get really nice towels affordably these days. Bottom line: We'd return with our family again. Thanks!

VRBO ResortQuest was no help

Called four times over three days and got no answer. Place was not very clean (pee on side of toilets, oven drawer wouldn't open so we couldn't get to pans, windows had smears and finger prints all over them, floors needed to be washed, blankets were dirty). The place was very pretty but needed better maintenance.

The property was clean, had a wonderful view and located close to everything and everyone we wanted to see The rental company was difficult to communicate with. Especially closer to the time of our arrival. They did not have enough personnel to answer phones. Some of the staff was not knowledgeable about COVID precautions and didn’t even care to find out about them. However, most staff was helpful.

Awesome place! Walking distance to beach!

Had a great 4 day getaway with my family! The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable in every aspect. The elevator was especially helpful with my elderly mother who has 2 bad knees.
