'Dan and Robin are very thoughtful and caring hosts. The location was very close to falling waters. The place was extremely clean and we were allowed to cook in the kitchen.
The nearby town restaurants close early and you may want to take your own food for dinner. Breakfast is provided by the hosts.

'Beautiful location with the pond! We enjoyed the walking trails and also walking over to Mountain Market Meats for snacks and for delicious breakfast biscuits. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved the terrace, especially in the evening watching the clouds and stars and listening to the frogs. '

'We didn’t realize this was so rural. But it was really only a short drive to a restaurant. We needed to leave early for a bicycle tour and they were so accommodating serving us breakfast very early. The room was pretty, clean and comfortable. Properly named as it did seem like home. '

'Wonderful “old school” resort. Amazing sunsets from the porch sitting on top of 2400 feet in altitude. Near many great things to do, from Ohiopyle to the Frank Lloyd Wright home tours. Great history also. Beautiful mountain experience.'

'We stayed in the "mid-century" suite on the third floor for a quick trip biking along the Great Allegheny Passage and touring Fallingwater (~20-25 min drive). Traveling with one couple and a friend, the two-bedroom arrangement worked out great, had great views of Connellsville from the third-floor windows. The included breakfast vouchers for the Comfort Inn were much appreciated, though we ended up not using them. Very nice first-floor kitchen, dining room, patio, and lounge areas.
