'When I woke up at 7:30 AM there was no water in my bathroom. So I went to the reception but is was closed. I found someone in the restaurant who could not help me at all. No one available to help. I will never visit this hotel ever again. '

'Place looked dirty, Carpets need replacing, they were worn, The table in room 202 where i was needs replacing, the surface/paint was lifting, not up to my living Standard, the only thing the sheets on the bed looked clean, only stayed 15 minutes , then Checked out,had to find a room elsewhere, I should have read the reviews first, they said it all.'

'Difficult check in due to lack of clarity in fine print '

'Nice modern apartment. Conveniently located. Reasonable price. Had read reviews about it being noisy with the rooms being close to local pubs, however, we found it to be very quiet during our stay. Overall excellent!'

'Breakfast is great Did nt recommend the restaurant at night for food my main course was cold and undercooked Never even offered to replace it or offer to take of bill or even some kind of discount And it wasn’t cheap'

'Had a great time. I enjoyed the hotel very much. Nice staff, very helpfull, polite. Clean room, comfortable bed. I recommend this hotel for business trips, but also for sightseeing and making trips to other cities. Good connection with the bus to Castleford train station. Shops in the area and junction 32 outlet shopping including cinema and multiple restaurants. Also parks and nature in the area for nice walks. Thank you for the nice stay'

'I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed.'

'Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!'

'Absolutely loved this hotel! Very warm and friendly staff, even gave us a freshly baked cookie. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and even complimentart à la carte options as well. The HDMI port and mirror heating were very thoughtful!'

'Perfect als je gewoon een schone kamer een lekker bed en een doucheruimte nodig hebt voor een paar dagen.'
