'Great location, spa, pool and service. Rooms are nice, but Zermatt does not do AC. They did provide a Dyson fan, but it was so loud that it was not usable. The outside air temp.is perfect so no AC needed. '

'Amazing stay at an amazing property. We were picked up promptly from the station after calling. We would have walked the 10 minutes down the hill but it was pouring rain. Rooms were ready and clean. They called a restaurant they suggested to us to make sure they were open (it was the beginning of the shoulder season). The rooms weren’t very sound proofed, but it really wasn’t needed.
