'Casa Dona Édite was a wonderful stop on our trip. The guest house is simply wonderful with beautiful shared spaces, immaculate rooms and a simply breath taking location. Breakfast was delicious with home made items and Persimmon, grown on the property. The owners were warm and inviting, full of excellent recommendations including delicious tapas at a local cafe and a gorgeous walk through the village with their dog as a talented and attentive guide! (When you stay here you MUST walk to the trees...

'Calme, très jolie.'

'Je recommande, excellent service'

'Top! Enig minpuntje: kleine kamer , maar groot terras😊. Lekker ontbijt!

'Unfortunately there had been a storm and the hotel was without a restaurant or bar, and in recovery mode. However, the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel itself is a stunner.'

'Amazing location! Beautiful property. Super helpful staff. Local food and wine available.'

'Mooi klein hotel midden tussen de wijngaarden. Aardige eigenaren. Lekker eten.'

'Beautiful property immersed in nature. The views, architecture, pool and plants were stunning. Food at the restaurant was excellent. A really unique stay.'

'Good service. Not working airco. Bathroom was a bit outdated.'

'Everything was great except the shower was a little annoying since you had to press every 45 seconds or so because it would turn off automatically. The breakfast wasn’t much of a breakfast ham and cheese, bread and cereal. Other than that the staff was friendly it was clean and it was in a cute little village.'

Prima!'

'Our stay at Quinta da Faísca was truly magical and one of the absolute highlights of our trip! We loved being there in the off-season, when everything was peaceful, quiet, and almost surreal. The location is spectacular, with breathtaking vineyard views from every room. Morning coffee overlooking the vines and evening wine as the sun went down were moments we will never forget. The accommodations were fabulous, with beautiful craftsmanship throughout. Hand-laid stone, warm woods, gorgeous...

'This is hands down one of the prettiest and coolest properties you can stay in, in rural Portugal. The property, room and pool and service was amazing, but the town itself situated in is also just one of the coolest experiences. So many handmade items included in your stay and available to purchase. The host is amazing, super friendly and laid back. The grounds were beautiful, unique and has so much character. We stayed here for a night after taking the train into Pochino and it was one of the...
