The detached cottage is located on the first floor.



The layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, dining table, TV, split A/C, and access to the garden.

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, gas stove, induction oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, TV, and split A/C;

BEDROOM with a French-style double bed, closet, and split A/C.

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.

- PRIVATE GARDEN (accessible from the living room) furnished with a small coffee table and a dining table with chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedrooms), safety deposit box, hair dryer, clothesline, coat rack, iron, and ironing board.
