Located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) with free parking nearby, it’s the ideal base for exploring the city in complete comfort.

THE BEDROOMS

Note on the fourth/fifth bed:
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The sofa bed is located in the kitchen/living area, and when unfolded, it partially reduces the space available for movement and kitchen use. It’s a practical solution for groups or families who need an extra bed, but it’s important to keep this in mind for maximum comfort.

THE BATHROOM
Modern and functional bathroom featuring:

A spacious shower, a set of soft towels in three sizes, and a welcome kit with essential toiletries.

Important note on the layout:
The bathroom is accessible through one of the bedrooms. This layout may be less convenient for groups of adults who don’t know each other well, but it generally works well for families or close-knit groups.

THE COURTYARD
A small outdoor space where you can relax and breathe in the fresh air of the historic center.

Guest Access
Access: Access to the property is managed by Vikey. You’ll receive a TeamSystem link via chat to complete registration; once completed, you’ll receive a second Vikey link with instructions on how to access the property.
Please note that you’ll need a 3G/4G internet connection to use the access link.

There are no physical keys.
