'Everything was fine but then in the late evening, 6 to 7 armed black "men" came knocking on my door. I did not answer but they stayed and knocked 3 or 4 different times over a couple of hour timespan. Thankfully a friend came to shut them down and pick me up so I was able to leave the room. Was the hotel involved? I do not know, but this has never happened to me before.'

'Dirty cloth left in shower with pubic hair on it. Trash found on floor. No hair dryer. No extra blanket. Staff was okay. Hole in bathroom door where it looked kicked in. Shower curtain would not stay closed because of the angle the curtain rod was installed. Water pressure was very good. Overall kind of ghetto.'

'We got there late , and we didn't notice the ceiling of the bathroom, until my kid when to the bathroom and dirty water was dripping heavily on his face which was disgusting I bring it up to front desk and ask to cancel my reservation the rooftop was almost falling on us im still waiting for then to refund the rest of my nights ,I did agreed to pay for the first night'

'Enjoyed my quick overnight stay. Breakfast was really good! The bed was comfortable and they have soft pillows (in case you prefer firm ones). I enjoyed that the building was smoke free and it smelled normal (not weird hotel smell if you know) . Would come back if needed to be in the area again.'

'It was a great stay with one exception. We had an ADA room. The shower floor, which probably was once a very good no-slip surface, was very slippery. If I hadn’t had the safety bars to hold onto the entire time, it could have been interesting. I’m mentioned this at check out. BTW - this isn’t just an issue at this property - it’s happening more and more as we travel. The average hotel could save itself some immense liability issues by simply providing a “Rubbermaid” style mat with suction...

'This place was the worst place to stay. First you think you’re booking a motel 6 but when you pull up to the place it is a different name. Second you walk on the property and see nothing but dog poop all over . The non smoking rooms snelled like a person was chain smoking in it. The cleaning lady swept the ground and then used the same broom to sweep off the bed . Customer in front of us before checking in was going in to complain about their sheets and bedding being dirty. 'Staff was super helpful, the place is a little run down but the room I had was remodeled and modern. The walls are thin so you will hear someone IF they are yelling, blasting music or the TV.'

'The staff was great. The hotel is used mainly as long term housing for low income people. You get what you pay for here. Everyone was nice and there wasn’t any trouble. It was quite at night which was good. If you need a place for one night without any options you can stay. But more than that I would not book'
