  • VILLA PAPAYA is een villa midden in de natuur in Ovacik, Fethiye, waar 8 mensen comfortabel kunnen verblijven dankzij de 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Hier kun je heerlijk van je vakantie genieten. Onze villa is de afgelopen jaren al aan gasten verhuurd en onze gasten waren erg tevreden. De villa heeft een privézwembad in een grote tuin. Er is ook een kinderbadje. Het zwembad is verwarmd en kan tegen een toeslag van £ 100 per week worden ingeschakeld. Je kunt heerlijke maaltijden bereiden in de volledig uitgeruste keuken van onze villa. Villa PAPAYA ligt op 5 minuten rijden van Ölüdeniz, 10 minuten van het centrum van FETHIYE en 45 minuten van de luchthaven van DALAMAN. Het ligt op loopafstand van bars, restaurants en uitgaansgelegenheden en op slechts 2 minuten rijden met de auto. Onze villa biedt een unieke vakantie en beschikt over een grote, ruime hal, 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. De villa is voorzien van alle woonaccessoires, witgoed, strijkijzer en strijkplank.

Lovely convenient location, all very clean with daily pool cleaning. Some of the outside seating tired, but would we stay again yes and the listing is accurate.

Amazing Villa

A beautiful Villa in a great location, described accurately. We have been going to the Oludeniz area for a number of years now and this is one of the nicest villa’s we have stayed in. It is very close to local amenities and kept in perfect condition. The communication with Ali was great and ensured we had everything we needed.

Fantastic Villa

We had an amazing two week holiday at Villa Papaya. The villa is wonderful with plenty of space to relax. The villa has all you need although worth mentioning cleaning materials and kitchen ingredients which you sometimes find left by previous people are not present here. I would highly recommend Villa Papaya.

Wonderful stay on Villa Papaya

We had a wonderful stay at villa papaya. Location was nice and peaceful but only a stones through from bars, restaurants and shopping. We didn’t need a car and got around everywhere by bus, which was so easy. The villa and pool were perfect. Worked for teenagers through to adults. All in all a fantastic holiday.

Great property

We have stayed in a few different villas in this area and this is definitely one we would return to. The villa had a lovely shaded seating area and carport cover which we found very useful. we didn't have little children but thought the small pool would be great for people who do. The Villa is within easy walking distance to restaurants/shops and supermarkets in Ovacik. Communication with Ali was great at all times. I would highly recommend this villa as a great place to stay.

Great villa in fab location

Great villa with lots of room inside and out. Lovely pool area and gazebo to relax and enjoy drinks in the evening. Kitchen well stocked although we’d read reviews so brought a couple of bin bags, dish cloth and dishwasher tablets with us. That said Migros supermarket is only a short walk away. We love Ottomons and Shiraz restaurants and cocktails at Mirage before heading to Hisaronu. Adam at Mirage akways does a good deal if you want yo change money. All in all, a lovely villa, in great location.

Wonderful week at Villa Papaya

The villa is well equipped and in great condition. Outside space is well thought out. Pool is large and plenty of loungers. We particularly enjoyed the brick built gazebo for a shady retreat from the sun or a relaxing evening drink on the comfy sofa. A welcome pack was waiting for us on arrival with basic food and drink to get you started. Location is excellent with restaurants and shops a short walk away. Taxi call button is two minute walk from villa, which once pressed, taxi arrived within a couple of minutes. Will definitely book again.

With 4 bedrooms this villa does support two families quite well. The area isn't the nicest but there are at least 3 decent restaurants (N Garden, Karizma and Cazibe) which are all fantastic places for dinner. The place is 10 minutes from the beach on a good run. Unfortunately, Turkish school holidays run from early July to beyond August and there is only 1 route in/out of the Blue Lagoon and this causes all sorts of mayhem.So - go and visit the cable car to the top of Babadag (busy at sunset coming down), visit the waterfalls at Gizlikent, have lunch at Yakapark and dinner at The Olive Garden 40 minutes down the road. Ali is a lovely host and he knows what small things need to change (in my opinion) in order to make this an amazing place to stay.

Lovely villa

Ali was FANTASTIC with communication, he would usually reply within minutes- even very late at night). The villa was spacious and clean (had ground, 1st and 2nd floor) . Someone came in the mornings to clean the pool. We paid extra £100/week for pool heating. Cots provided for our babies. A word of advice to future renters would be make sure to purchase the essentials (hand wash, toilet paper, drinking water, etc) as nothing is provided. 2/3 supermarkets are within walking distance (about 10 minutes away). Restaurants also near by (near to the super markets). Throughly enjoyed our stay.

We have rented several times in Turkey and we were suprised that there were no basics. No tea towels, no plug for kitchen sink, no small amounts of cleaning products as these are quite often left by each outgoing guest. We left all of these. Bedside lamp in the double bedroom would have been nice. Patio furniture on the master suite terrace/patio. If you go make sure you take some essentials to get you started.
