Nestled in Feytiat, just a few minutes from Limoges, Villa Les Chabannes welcomes you in a green and peaceful setting.

The house offers 250 m² of living space, designed to combine comfort and conviviality. From the moment you enter, you’ll find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The villa features 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Three of them have their own en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The bedding is varied and high quality:

- 1 sofa bed (140x200)
- 1 baby bed available

An independent office and two workspaces within bedrooms make it easy to balance relaxation and remote work.

Outdoors, enjoy a private secured swimming pool (9m x 4m, open May to September), a barbecue, a furnished terrace, and a large secluded garden. A small, unsecured pond adds a bucolic touch to the property.

## Access

Guests have access to the entire villa and outdoor areas: swimming pool, garden, terrace, living spaces, and bedrooms. A private outdoor parking area with 4 spaces is available.

We will be there to personally welcome you and show you around the house upon your arrival.
We remain available throughout your stay to answer any questions, offer advice, and assist you if needed.
Our goal is to make you feel at home from the very first moment.

## Neighborhood

Located in Feytiat, the villa enjoys a quiet, green environment while being close to Limoges (just 8 minutes by car). Nearby you’ll find shops, restaurants, and local markets. The region offers plenty of activities: forest walks, visits to Limoges’ historic center, golf, horse riding, and exploring the charming villages of the Limousin.

## Transit

A car is the most convenient way to fully enjoy your stay. Parking is available on-site, and Limoges is easily accessible. The train station and Limoges-Bellegarde Airport are about 20 minutes away.
