'We had a wonderful one-night stay at Chalet Heritage. The chalet is beautifully designed, very clean, and the views are absolutely stunning. Everything was well prepared for our arrival and the spa area was a fantastic bonus after a day exploring the region. The location is perfect for visiting Interlaken and the surrounding mountains. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was very smooth. We would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time!'

'Foi otima a estadia. Bem localizado, confortavel e tem tudo. Conseguimos fazer nossas refeições, tem todos os utensílios necessários. Banho quente e com bom jato. Espaçoso para um casal. Único inconveniente foi o aquecimento central que estava um pouco abaixo e de noite ficava levemente frio dentro da casa. (La foea estava -6). Preco bom, perto tem mercado, padaria e estação de trem e onibus. Muito bom, voltaria a me hospedar.'

'Leider funktionierte die Weitergabe meiner Informationen durch interhome nicht. So wussten die Gastgeber nicht, obwohl bei der Buchung bereits angegeben, wann ich ankommen würde. Die ganze Familie wartete auf mich bis ich um 20.15 Uhr endlich eintraf! Ich buchte ursprünglich für 2 Personen, aber kam dann alleine. Familie Zurbuchen war sehr kulant und gab mir einen Teil des Betrags zurück. Danke!'
