Goed vertoeven
Dames van de receptie waren geweldig behulpzaam. Voor iemand die geen eigen vervoer heeft ligt het hotel te ver van de bewoonde wereld. Omgeving mooi en rustig. Er zijn grote en kleinere kamers met idem badkamers.

Fantastisch hotel!
Fantastisch verblijf gehad, zeer vriendelijk ontvangst! Kregen een upgrade. Ontbijt was heerlijk. 1 keer s’avonds gegeten, zeer beknopte kaart waardoor je niet gauw een tweede keer gaat dineren.

Mooi hotel met geweldig uitzicht.
La Palagina is één van onze favoriet hotels in Toscane. Zeer mooi hotel en een geweldig mooi uitzicht. Jammer dat het personeel totaal verwisseld is. Er was weinig aandacht voor de gasten ivm een bruiloft die de volgende dag gehouden werd in het hotel.

Bravo! Een hotel om terug te keren.
Een misvatting over de aankomst werd uiterst klantvriendelijk opgelost. De keuken is voortreffelijk, de bediening voorkomend, hartelijk en deskundig. De twee zwembaden zijn in uitstekende staat en er is voor ieder wat wils. De Nederlandse directeur is eveneens een aangename gastheer.

Came here for our honeymoon. Absolutely loved the property. The wine and olive oil tasting was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend to anyone. The wine options were also incredible. The only feedback would be to have some different options of food on the menu. Very reasonably priced menu, but staying there for multiple days I wish I had a few more dinner options.

Our room was in the third floor. No elevator and no help to carry it. There wa a bug in our bathroom that I to kill. Shower was slippery and they even warn you about that on written post. So, be careful when you take a shower. Restaurant options were not so great. The risotto my wife ordered was not cooked. You could feel it cracking in your mouth. So we returned it.

Dear Alvaro,we thank you for your opinion, but ours is an historic villa and so is reflected by the fact that the archtecture is standard with the period, that means that there are many antique staircases to reach the rooms but for that we have a porter who is always glad to help our guests.With constructive feedback you can help us to be better, thank you for your opinion, we will not miss our commitment to grow on this too.

We stayed in the Margarita villa and it was beautiful. The staff at the check-in desk were polite and always willing to help. We would definitely return but if we did, we would consider renting a car as it is pricey to take a taxi into town (10-15 minutes away).

Vidunderlig utsikt!
Läget mitt i Chianti är perfekt för att utforska vinerna i regionen. Rummet var rymligt, med fin utsikt, men lite bedagat. Flagnande färg och läckande badkar, dålig spolfunktion i toaletten. Frukosten okej, restaurangen bra för lunch, inte toppen för middag. Poolerna kalla men stora och fräscha.

the positives: the grounds of the hotel are incredible & the view is second to none. The pool is great. The staff is friendly - although I didn’t see much of them. Sadly - the interiors are dated and furniture in the rooms is due for an update (there were tears in the couch upholstery in our room / very dated linens on a chaise). This property has so much potential - I’d love to see it get an aesthetic refresh. Also good to note - the wifi wasn’t reliable.

Highly recommended! Beautiful quaint hotel
We booked this hotel last minute as we were shopping late in the nearby outlet mall. We ended up having a very comfortable stay, the staff is very helpful and friendly. There are two pools onsite with beautiful views and the food at the restaurant is delicious! Their Chianti reserve wine is amazing and such a steal.

Not only was this property as stunning as in the pictures, but the comfort and customer service were top notch. Nataly at the front desk had incredible English and made us feel so welcome and at ease. Yummy food in the restaurant. (A good amount of vegetarian options.) The pools are just lovely. And the ever present sound of the fountain was so peaceful. If we are ever so fortunate to return to the Tuscan countryside, we will absolutely come back here.

På det stora hela riktigt bra med några missar
Bodde i den separata stora villan, fantastiskt litet eget hus med all bekvämlighet. Otroliga omgivningar. Bra frukost. tyvärr fick vi inte plats till middagen vilket de kunde informerat om vid incheckningen. Det blev ingen middag den kvällen trots att vi blev utlovade ett bord senare. Det var en besvikelse. Det fanns två pooler som var rätt kalla när vi var där (början av oktober). Vår villa hade egen badtunna som inte var fylld med vatten men det kanske skulle kunna göra. Bra utgångspunkt till vingårdsbesök i Toscana, ett stort Coop i närheten. Ställets egna vingård producerade inga toppviner.

Amazing property with two beautiful pools and access to a lush forest with small trails for kids. We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed the amenities, breakfasts, small farm and proximity with Florence and smaller villages.

Well-located hotel with beautiful scenery
Lovely location. Service and facilities are marginal and could be much much better. We love the postcard scenery and the excellent location allowing for day trips throughout Tuscany. Front desk manager is rude and unpleasant through a number of interaction. Needs to reconsider his career in the services industry.

Amazing separate Villa for large groups
Villa Margherita at La Palagina is an amazing place to enjoy the awesomeness of Tuscany with a large group of friends and/or family. We were 9 people and it was perfect for all of us to stay in comfort in a characteristic Tuscan villa. The pool is perfect for hot afternoons and the outside seating area is phenomenal for a dinner al fresco. Absolutely recommended.

This hotel is completely underrated! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful location with amazing views. The grounds are very well-maintained and picturesque, and there is a lot of space. The restaurant is fantastic, the food was absolutely exceptional, as were the wine recommendations from our waiter. They also make some great cocktails. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a sort of Victorian style with a lot of charm. The staff was super friendly,
