Welcome to Bailey's Beach House - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

Bailey's Beach house is being refurbished in late 2025 with bookings being taken from February Half Term

The refurbishment will include new flooring throughout, media wall TV, new kitchen, full redecoration and ALL NEW furniture

Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.

Off the hallway to the left is a large NEW kitchen including dishwasher, washer etc with views to the patio on the rear.

The other side of the hallway leads to the stunning large lounge / diner taking full advantage of the Bay window with lovely sofas and SMART TV. At the rear of the lounge / diner is a large dining table with French doors to the large patio area to the rear.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king sized bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a large (new) family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use.

This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
