Welcome to Halcyon Days - a large 3 bedroom Detached lodge, ideal for a large family coastal holiday in arguably one of the finest locations on The Bay Filey holiday village - with pool and beach access included.

Halcyon Days is located on The Meadows - an exclusive gated development on The Bay Filey and really close to the lake and amenities this is a popular road and really family friendly.

Take advantage of the two large parking spaces and enclosed deck and then enter through the step free door into the hallway with storage for shoes and coats. To your left is the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room with private deck, and next to this a double room with en-suite and private deck. Finally there is a twin bedroom with en-suite and private deck area (with patio doors).

Off the hallway to the right is the large open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with comfy sofa(s) and large SMART TV (with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins). Exit through the large bifold doors to the spacious enclosed deck with family seating, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside.

There is a large outside deck with external shower and tap - ideal for washing boots and dogs after a day of fun!

We leave a few games for our guests to use. The log burner and central heating makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
