'This is the rare 5-star B&B that actually earns its rating. The house is a beautiful, art filled home where attention is paid to every detail. The host and hostess are lovely and their entire focus is on making their guests' stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. I am actually hard to please, so this is truly a rave review. Many thanks to Olivia and Michael.'
'Our stay was excellent, room was decorated beautifully in a vintage eclectic style and very spotlessly clean. Great position, walking distance to town, old town and beach. Lovely food in pub and great 50's band. We would definitely stay here again snd highly recommend it. The perfect comfortable stay.'
'Very nice hotel to stay,friendly staff and happy to help when needed,walking into town is about 20 min and if you order a cap do it on time there they are really busy,we did this about a week upfront.
Lunch and dinner in the hotel is suitable for VG,V and GLF so this was nice to see on the menu.

'La struttura fa parte di una serie di abitazioni a schiera tipiche del Regno Unito, situata a due passi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Anche le vie con i ristoranti e i negozi sono a pochi minuti, l’old town è a 10 minuti. Per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio è proprio dietro la struttura. Check in veloce, camera spaziosa e pulita. 'Great stay in Hastings. Hotel was clean and compact with a fridge in the room and sea view. Stayed here with our dog free of charge which was a really lovely bonus. Would 100% return.
Only real issue was no parking which we were aware of but plenty of paid car parks close by. But travelling by train is easy too as the hotel is only 7 minutes walk with frequent taxis. '
