A small (35 square meters) yet comfortable unit. Kitchen-dining area with a large window overlooking the sea; a single-person sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The bedroom is separated by an interior door; it can be configured with either two single beds or one double bed.

A small terrace in front of the apartment has a table and chairs to make the most of the outdoor space and enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the sea in the shade of a row of citrus trees.
