Comfortable and bright three-room apartment on the first floor, in a hilly area a 10-minute drive from the center and the sea. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds in the attic and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine and air conditioning. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. The living area is divided from the sleeping area. It is separated by a private terrace and there are two separate entrances.
When you open the door to the sleeping area, with a low height and attic, you immediately access the bedroom space with two single beds (on request they can be combined to form a double) and on the left there is the bathroom.
Separated by a door, on the right, there is another bedroom with a double bedroom, also at a reduced height and with an attic.
The two rooms are divided only by the door of the master bedroom, and to go from the master bedroom to the bathroom you have to go in front of the two single beds.


The apartment is accessible by stairs only. The sleeping area for this apartment is located in the low-rise attic (loft).

A deposit of €250 is required to be deposited in cash or by credit card for any damage to the apartment upon check-in. The refund of the cash will be made upon check-out after checking the apartment and the cancellation of the pre-authorization within 7 days of check-out.

The apartment has a private garage that can also be closed wherever you want to place your bikes. .
