'Beautiful historic property. If you like historical hotels this is nice one. Staff was, without exception very good. I gave 4 stars because of the age and wear, which is to be expected, but might bother travelers who prefer newer properties. Great blackout curtains. The hotel bar was good.'

'Me and my gf had booked a 1 bed room for our 3 year anniversary, not only has the room been above our expectations and exactly what we were wanting, but the lady at the front desk (who has been working at the front all day Thursday, I didn’t get her name!) has been the most helpful worker I think i’ve ever seen in any establishment. She kept very friendly conversation with us and seemed very happy about us having our 3 year at this hotel, and even invited us to the snack shop to help ourselves...

'The breakfast menu needed bacon and scrambled eggs. Parking didn’t feel safe after several cars were broken into. Need security full time or a gate.'
