From the greeting at the front desk, while checking in to all of the staff throughout this day, extremely friendly and welcoming location. Very convenient and close to many restaurants and things to see and do. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Findley area.

All was great but they charged me extra for my emotional support dog. I’ve visited quite a few hotels over the years with my dog and never been charged a fee.

We stayed for one night in March traveling home from Florida. The hotel is very well-maintained - you saw it externally, in the lobby, the room we stayed in, the breakfast room - everywhere. We were greeted warmly by Madi at the front desk who was welcoming and very efficient. If possible we wanted to stay in a room not facing the I75 and she did some juggling to make it happen. The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and as mentioned, well-maintained. Breakfast in the morning was great - lots of food, things were neat and clean and the person in charge was visible and made sure everyone was fully satisfied with their breakfast experience. We were very impressed with the hotel and our stay and will certainly stay again. No hesitation in recommending! .

Neat, clean, quiet. The breakfast attendant, Amy, was super sweet and so attentive - she went way above the standard of service expected! You could tell she is the type of person who loves her job. I don’t know what she’s getting paid but she deserves a raise! 🙂

Good choice for Comfort
Overall a good experience. Staff was courteous and helpful at all times. We were provided items that were needed without any issues. The lobby was a bit small so I couldn't have a large family gathering but that wasnt a problem. When I booked it was supposed to be a 1 bedroom suite, but I was given a standard room that slept 6 which was spacious and accomodated us comfortably. I didnt say anything because we had just come from the Baymont across the way since we arrived earlier into town than anticipated. The Baymont was extremely dated and not very clean at all. So, compared to that the Country Inn was by far superior. The rooms were clean and spacious overall. Very modern and it was quiet so we had good sleep for our whole stay. Breakfast was provided in the large banquet room and it was quite plentiful and delicious. In the lobby as you enter there is always Hot Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Tea, and cookies provided for free and that was amazing for my children, spouse, and I. We loved that perk. Also, to the left of the concierge desk was a tiny quaint store of various food, medicine, and necessities that I had to peruse twice. The laundry room was small with only 1 washer and 1 dryer but it got the job done. Overall, I would stay again. The staff was great and everything was honestly so comfortable. The little conveniences made all the difference. In the future I know I will always seek a Country Inn and Suites first when I travel.

Used to be my favorite hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and always had a great experience.Not this time.When checking in I was told to wait. And felt brushed off by the person checking us in. And saw her act differently to others checking in. The bath tub plug was broken. A closet door was broke and fell and hit my kid on the head. I informed them when checking out and all was said was they would let maintenance know.

I really like this hotel, the looks inside and out. Very clean and well taken care of. the new owners have redone everything and what a good job they did , you would think they just built it. The rooms are very big and the bed is so comfy we slept really good. the breakfast was really good too. You just have to try it and see for yourself .I would ratethis place 10 out of 10.

The hotel room that I had was just gross. The bathroom door hasn’t been wiped in quite some time due to the obvious amount of dirt and build up. The paint has been chipping and there was some sort of substance dried on the door jam. In the hallway where you walk in there was a shelf that has been removed, some of the debris remained on the floor and the wallpaper was torn and unfinished. where the wallpaper met the ceiling it was crumbly and looked like it had gotten wet. Overall, the cleanliness of this hotel was one of the worst I’ve seen.
