I had lost my Service dog tag and the cheap front desk charged $15 pet fee. Breakfast was terrible (cereal, milk, and cheapest pastries ever invented crappy juice.). they shouldn't be allowed to say they have breakfast. Coffee too strong. Nice room though good desk. I'd go back.

Had a stain on my sheets that looked like pee I noticed it matched up with a water stain on the toilet and they had the heat shut off when I got there so I had to leave a few hrs when I got there cause you could see your breath other then that it wasn’t to bad but needs quite a few repairs! And a fresh paint job would do it wonders if looked as if it was a smoking room!

There was burn marks all over furniture.. there was duct tape covering holes in bottom of tub. The hair dryer cord was unsafely taped back together! The ice bucket had hair in it the smoke detector was hanging out of the wall! I paid for the room in advance but had to wait 12 hrs after arriving to check in then had to pay another 20 dollar security deposit on arrival and didnt get it refunded like i was told would be there on my card 3 to 5 days after checkout! Lady at desk was very professional. Close to alot of food options. Freshly cleaned carpet is only reason room was ok to sleep in. Disliked burn holes in comforter. Pillows were flat and need replacing. Room needed to be painted a long time ago. Room needs updating. Bathtub was disgusting, and dated. Bath tub was delaminating or someone scratched alot of the finish coating off, needs replacing.

The motel is run down, but decent for a head on a pillow. Due to covid, no breakfast area. No coffee pot in our room. As soon as we got to the window to check in - INSTANTLY - got a weird vibe and interrogation about myself. Made me feel not welcome. The stay was quiet and non exciting. But, like I said, a place to lay your head. I will stay at the Drury about five buildings up from this one.

Service was terrible. Nobody came to give us tp or clean towels on our 3rd day. Didn't even bother to ask if we needed anything. Internet was a nightmare. Kept losing internet about every 10 minutes.

I barely slept because I could not get comfortable, felt like I was sleeping on rocks. The bathroom toilet didnt go down very well when flushed, and thought the toilet was going to overflow couple of times-thank god we didnt have to go #2. The comforter on one of the beds had several holes in it, looked to be burn holes possibly from a previous person who smoked. I must say that the heat/air did work great, had no problems there.
