It was nice that they immediately found a remote when the one was missing from my room, and the water was empty in the fitness room, and the lady working all night was nice enough to change it right away. I got to use the tray mill, but it was disappointing that the elliptical machine was broken and many of the free weights were missing.

If you like cold showers and a hotel reeking of pot, this is the place for you. Nice room set up and clean, but the showers never got warm to enjoy and the late night pot smoking that made the room reek for hours was not enjoyable at all!

Excellent staff, but the only problem was the heat. It wasn't working properly 😕 😒 especially when the snow is falling outside 😑 other than that THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT! 😑

Our cozy weekend getaway
Me and my significant other meet here every other weekend due to the distance between our homes and the convenience of the location. We have never had a bad experience yet. However when we did have a maintenance issue, staff didn’t waste anytime in moving us to another room. Since our first time a few months ago, management and staff have always been friendly, helpful and professional. They have provided prompt service to any of our requests and each room we’ve stayed have been cleaned and comfy. It’s like staying in our own apartment, home away from home

AWESOME STAFF
The hotel room was clean, the shower had endless hot water and a great shower head, but what made our stay exceptional was the staff. All the girls in the office were so friendly and sweet. They made us feel like family.

Our stay was very cozy and comfortable. The room was like having our own private apartment. It was clean with a modern feel. Staff was very nice and professional. We will definitely be back to stay.

quite a surprise to see how large the room was and had everything we could eve need and for a bonus that the lady who checked us in served home made chocochip cookies for all the guests. Will definitely return to this location.

OK but will not be back
Check in was good, but there is no real lobby—front desk is tucked away and it was a little hard to figure out where to check in. Our 1-bedroom suite was spacious. The sleeper sofa didn’t fold out, only sleeps one person and wasn’t terribly comfortable. The kitchen was nice but needs a deep cleaning. The hot water for my shower was only lukewarm, which was not pleasant at 6 a.m. Breakfast was more of a continental, although you could make a waffle. Overall an ok stay, but we would stay elsewhere the next time we are in the Findlay area.

Sleeper sofa is not a sleeper sofa it’s has no mattress. Breakfast was so sad! Room smelled so bad! Guest smoking weed at smoke area could smell at pool. Very very small area to walk dog. Shower had absolutely no water pressure.

Disappointed that the room was listed with a pullout couch bed. We had to purchase an air mattress as the pullout does not have a mattress. Without the purchased air mattress it felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Something you shouldn’t have to absorb for $200 a night.

Quiet & Comfortable, however...
The room was clean, bedding very comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, when the shower was turned all the way up to hot, it was not hot. We were able to get a hot shower at night but the morning shower was lacking heat.I had read about this problem in past reviews but had hoped that it would have been addressed by now. It has not been fixed. The breakfast options consisted of hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, apples, bananas, etc....no sausage, no scrambled eggs, no bacon. Luckily McDonalds is close by. The location is wonderful since there are many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in close proximity The pool was drained at the time of my stay. I didn't inquire if they were intending on filling it for the summer season. The outer hotel door had a ziptie on the interior handle, making the locking mechanism ineffective so that anyone without a card could gain access. The doors, oh my goodness, SO SQUEAKY! The interior doors (bathroom, bedroom) do not open and close freely. They get stuck and they squeak. This makes it difficult to be quiet when others are sleeping. Overall it was a quiet and comfortable stay but some of the amenities were lacking.

Room ok, but breakfast and coffee lacking.
We liked the space of the room, but the shower was almost cool/barely lukewarm, the first two days. We had to talk ourselves into showering, since it was so unpleasant. The day we were checking out, we did get a hot shower and were grateful for it. The breakfast was less than average. We thought it would have at least scrambled eggs or sausage or something other than fruit, waffles and yogurt. Lastly, the coffee in the room and at the breakfast area was see through, flavorless and weak. The staff at the desk were nice and the housekeepers were nice and kept the room clean.

The stay was great minus the complementary breakfast not available but its understandable. There is no mattress topper for the pull out bed so it is very uncomfortable sleeping on wood covered by leather for 10 days with just a thin blanket and sheets (a day or two I can understand but it was not at all easy to sleep on for a week and a half.) Staff was great and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Good location with many restaurants and shopping stores around.
