"The room was nice with mountains and lake view, the location is perfect. I want to thanks specially the Roman-the person who prepares and is available during breakfast. On our last day checkout we were leaving early at 7.15am and the normal breakfast time was 8 to 10 am so we were thinking to skip breakfast the the he saw us from window and called us to have some breakfast. He was preparing it and he served us nice breakfast before the actual time. He was already aware that my wife needs hot milk based on previous day behaviour, he brought milk for her without asking. So humble and so kind gesture ever seen in a person. 5 start for him specially. You made our day. Suggestions: They should have keep electric kettle in the house and may be other staff can learn some welcoming/kind and humble behaviour from Roman. Overall good."
