Goede locatie! Dicht bij het centrum van Fish Creek en Peninsula State Park

Als u op zoek bent naar een huis dat dicht bij het centrum van Fish Creek ligt, maar waar u ook van de wildernis kunt genieten, verblijf dan in dit gloednieuwe 3500 m² grote huis! Het heeft 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. Neem het uitgebreide gezin mee omdat dit huis veel kan slapen. (Een koning slaapkamer, 1 Queen slaapkamer, 1 kamer met 2 Queen EN een tweeling, en ook een 4e slaapkamer met twee stapelbedden!

Het heeft een woonkamer op de begane grond met een open haard en een grote kamer met extra zitplaatsen (grote doorsnede) met televisie / dvd / kabel in elk. Gratis wifi is ook beschikbaar voor gasten.
De keuken is prachtig met een handgemaakt houten aanrecht (bar) en open planken om eenvoudig alles te bekijken en te openen wat u nodig hebt om te koken. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere roestvrijstalen apparaten, een wijnbar en een open concept, zodat u kunt socialiseren met de kok! De eettafel biedt plaats aan 10 personen.

Er is een afgeschermde patio aan de eetkamer die naar de achtertuin leidt, waar voldoende zitplaatsen zijn voor iedereen! Er is een gas- en houtskoolgrill voor uw gebruik, evenals een picknicktafel, campingstoelen en vuurplaats voor het roosteren van marshmallows en genieten van uw favoriete drankje!

Daarnaast is er een garage met twee kraampjes en voldoende ruimte om te parkeren, een wasmachine en droger op het terrein en centrale airconditioning.

** Let op: dit huis heeft een eenheid met 2 slaapkamers die is bevestigd (niet toegankelijk). Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers is zelden bezet, maar in de gelegenheid dat het is, is het voor onze enige persoonlijke gebruik of onze goede vrienden. Uw privacy wordt altijd gerespecteerd. Afzonderlijke gebieden worden aangewezen (bijvoorbeeld: er zijn twee buitenkachels).

Great stay. Easy check in and out process. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of seating and lounging areas for large groups indoor and out. Only thing, the backyard is essentially the front yard to the house behind but there are some trees to separate. Would definitely book this beautiful house again!!

Great location…

We came to Door County to participate in the Fall 50. The location was great and steps from me of the exchange points. The house was well equipped and a great fit for our group of runners and crew. Everything was as pictured and the outdoor gas grill was perfect for preparing a meal for 10.

Nice house overall, but odd unexpected experience.

There was a very scary incident that happened with the resident of the connecting unit late at night. Unfortunately, my party and I felt unsafe our first night there. This situation was out of the host’s control. The hosts did refund us our first night. The house itself was nice, but I would be aware there is a smaller connecting unit attached to this house.

Great Stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it. Amazing location and plenty of room to spread out. Carolee is super helpful and quick to respond. Love the big table and outdoor fire pit area. Note: There has been development behind the property and next to the property which isn’t reflected in the current photos.

The place seemed to fit our family of 15 fairly well. Sleeping arrangements were a little snug, especially the room with bunk beds with a family of 5 (parents and 3 adult children). All in all we enjoyed our stay in Fish Creek.

The property was excellent. It provided space for the family to spread out and enjoy everything the property had to offer. The house was very clean and well decorated. The outdoor space offered an area for the kids to play and for the adults to enjoy the fire. Great location.

Property was clean and had great use of space. Interior and exterior Common areas were large and allowed for visiting, card playing, campfires, etc. Internet was good. Two very small suggestions; oil the squeaky door hinges and put a key code box on the door so large groups don’t have to share one key. Would highly recommend the property! The whole group loved it!

Maintenance is lacking

We stayed here in 2022 and enjoyed it, so came back in 2023. Things have gone downhill in the last year. The water/ice dispenser on the refrigerator no longer works. That would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have come prepared. The beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable, one member of our party slept on a couch all week since it was more comfortable. Sheets and towels had many stains on them and several lights weren't working. It's a nice house in a great location, it's just disappointing that it isn't better maintained.

the freezer dept of the refrig never worked .. no water no ice .. the new ice/water unit installed never worked .. there was a leak in the line .. which was never fixed .. the house was totally cleaned but we were told not to enter until the check in time of 4pm .. problem with people who checked in early .. think it's crazy to sit outside until 4pm

We had a good week

The property worked well for our family. First to arrive did some extra cleaning and it was limited in terms of extra towels, dish rags (there were lots of extras with signs saying "don't use") or a few basic spices so bring everything. Keurig was not working. The outdoor area and back porch are GREAT. Easy access to a great area.

Mini family Reunion

Positives of the stay: -Great location. Very close to downtown Fish Creek and Peninsula State Park. -Great yard/fire pit. Perfect for family nights around the fire. Lots of wood. -Well stocked with necessities. -Pretty clean. -Large common spaces for hanging out. Upstairs loft was great for kids to hang out. -Good amount bedrooms/beds for large group. Things to be improved: -Horrible leak under the kitchen sink that needs to be repaired. Causing mildew/bugs. -It is too large a home to only have 2 bathrooms. While the 4 bedrooms was perfect for our 4 families, 2 bathrooms was tough. -The house is attached to an apartment unit that appeared to be occupied by individuals maintaining the property. While they were nice and allotted our group privacy, it was a bit of an inconvenience. The walls of the home are so thin we could hear one for the occupants of the apartment snoring all night. -the mattresses need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable.

Great Girls weekend!

This home has very nice and spacious bathrooms. We had 15 girls easily get ready to go out to the Trolley Tour in record time. The “sleeps 15” truly means 15 beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, no pull out couches or air mattresses included in the count! Very nice outdoor space, and the kitchen was fully stocked with baking dishes and mixing bowls for cooking!
