Welkom bij het Harbour House en Guest Cottage. gelegen in het hart van Ephraim, Wisconsin! Ephraim, met zijn sprankelende haven en pittoreske landschap, is ongetwijfeld het kroonjuweel van de baaidorpen van Door County.

Ons huis met 5 slaapkamers is gelegen in een rustige straat op Brookside Lane 9801. Het uiterlijk van het exterieur is bijgewerkt met gloednieuwe gevelbeplating, koffers en dashboard, evenals alle nieuwe vensters en schermen.

The Harbour House heeft een grote afgeschermde veranda, woonkamer, eetkamer met zitplaatsen voor 12, keuken, 2 volledige badkamers en 5 slaapkamers (2 grote slaapkamers, elk met een koningin matras, twee slaapkamers met een set van twee aparte bedden elk, en één met een stapelbed). De woonkamer biedt ook een queensize slaapbank.

Voor uw gemak zijn WiFi, internet, HD-kabel-tv, dvd, telefoon, wieg en kinderstoel aanwezig. We bieden ook een Weber houtskoolgrill, een vuurplaats buiten met Adirondack-stoelen en 4 kajaks die onze gasten kunnen gebruiken. Alle bedden hebben kussens, spreien, dekens en matrasbeschermers. Let op: lakens, kussenslopen en handdoeken worden NIET GELEVERD.

Dit huis is groot genoeg voor 2-3 gezinnen om gemakkelijk te delen, of je vrienden bij elkaar te brengen en een golfuitje of winkeluitje te plannen. Er is parkeergelegenheid voor maximaal 3 auto's. Overweeg voor groepen met een groot aantal mensen om zowel het huis met 5 slaapkamers als ons gastenverblijf met 2 slaapkamers aan de achterkant van ons pand te boeken.

Harbor House gasten hebben ook toegang tot water - onze prive-strand / water toegang gebied bevindt zich een blok van het huis. (Opmerking: Harbour House ligt niet aan het water en we hebben geen uitzicht op het water). Dit is een geweldige extra voorziening voor onze gasten en de perfecte plek om kajaks te lanceren of de zonsondergang te bekijken. Afhankelijk van de waterstanden in de baai (momenteel is het waterniveau erg hoog), hebben we hier historisch een strand voor de gasten om te gebruiken. Vanwege de hoge waterstanden is ons zandstrand momenteel vrij klein - maar het is nog steeds een prachtige plek om de kajaks te lanceren of te zwemmen in de wateren van Eagle Harbor van Ephraim. Voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar een groter strand, is het openbare strand van Ephraim gunstig gelegen op slechts twee blokken afstand van Harbour House.

Harbor House is a warm, inviting home nestled just off the main road, making the location perfect for access to Peninsula Park, downtown Ephraim and Northern Door County. Large screened in porch, clean, spacious, and well stocked, this home is a great choice for your time away from home.

Our family had a great experience at Harbor House hosting our family of 5 adults and 3 children. We still had beds to spare! The screened in porch was my personal favorite. Everything was great! The location, accommodation, amenities, act. Def recommend.

Perfect location

This was for my daughters 34 birthday. Also our annual girls (family) trip. We had 2 great grandmas 1 grandma 2 daughters and 3 little men ages 4,2,and 8weeks. The home was perfect. Walking distance to a cute little candy shop and a breakfast nook. The public beach was so close. The yard was perfect for the little men to explore. The drawers were filled with everything that was needed to accommodate us. The rooms were cozy. Love this place! Thank you again for a perfect time spent there! Much love

Perfect for our Family

We were so pleased with our stay at the Harbor House! Everything was nice and tidy upon arrival, check in directions were clear, and hosts checked in with us. We outgrew a different place we used to stay in Door County, and this was the perfect place to fit all 8 of us, including children. Having 4 bedrooms is so accommodating. Our favorite perks were the beautiful screened in porch, spacious yard with fire pit, and prime location. We will definitely be back!

Great property with plenty of spaces to relax. We had three generations and everyone was comfortable. The porch and fire pit were huge hits. The kayaks are also a wonderful perk. We rented both houses and highly recommend for a large group. Randy and Elizabeth were awesome hosts and very attentive.

Wonderful Stay

Four great lady friends enjoyed this lovely home and especially loved the front porch. Home is well appointed with all the important stuff..comfortable beds and furniture, good kitchen, enough room to enjoy being by yourself. Classic Door County Charm, Ideal Location

Love this house! Cozy, clean, and lots of Door County charm with the large, enclosed front porch. (The porch would be ideal for a family game night in the summer with its tables and porch swing.) We had a nice time at the fire pit surrounded by plenty of Adirondack chairs for our group. (Bring your own firewood.) Even saw beautiful northern lights from the beach a couple of blocks away, and heard coyotes yipping and howling in the wooded area to the west. Very responsive host. Highly recommend!

Cozy Door County house

House was comfortable with a very nice porch. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 5. Nice firepit area for a group to enjoy (we didn't have the time to use it). The walk to the lake was only about a block away. The owners contacted us to check that all was ok when we checked in and again to ask if we had any check out questions. Highly recommend this rental.

Fall Festival Fun!

Our group of 6 comfortably stayed for Sister Bay’s Fall Festival. It was the perfect location! The large dining table was ideal for our group and the fire pit was a welcome retreat after a long day at the festival! This was our 2nd time renting The Harbor House and we will do it again!

Perfect place-perfect timing

We were a group of 73 year old women getting together here after our 55 year class reunion in Green Bay. There were 9 and all were comfortable with sleeping arrangements. Great location, walking distance to shore, where we were pretty lucky to see the northern lights. We had one little glitch with internet and was quickly taken care of with Randy. Great place to stay!

Our family rented both homes on the property. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out, both inside and outside. The area was so incredibly quiet and yet so close to everything. Would highy recommend this rental. We will be back!

Charming Harbor House

Wonderful, charming home, with fantastic screened in porch. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen (cooking and serving, utensils, glasses and plates), great location, and fantastic hosts. DC Family Reunion

We were in town for a family reunion and brought our kids. Their were 7 of us and the house was perfect with room for extras. The communication was great with Randy and the house had everything we needed and was spotless. The screened front porch was our favorite area and we hung out there often. We bbq'd on the Weber one evening and hung out around the fire pit and we also cooked a large breakfast and all needed supplies were there. I would highly recommend this house and we will be back our next visit.

Charming Ephraim vacation house

Harbor House is the perfect Ephraim getaway! Everything about it was perfect. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, it provides everything we needed for a family reunion. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals and the dining table is huge for family gatherings. A highlight of our stay was gathering around the firepit on a chilly night watching the stars come out. The owners, Randy and Elizabeth, were so kind and welcoming. If we could give Harbor House SIX stars we would!!

The property is beautiful and in prime location for Ephraim. Just a short walk to the lake public beach, shops and Good Eggs (breakfast burrito shop on the corner). Neighbors were wonderful and there was plenty of parking. If we return in the future will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
