'Very quiet place. The good restaurants are to be found downtown Ventura. Although the hotel is nice and quiet, the breakfast is way too overrated. It is a simple breakfast without possibility to order eggs or anything else. Even the toast machines are simple household toasters The plates are disposables like the plastic cutlery. In a Hilton hotel we expect at least metal silverware and decent plates and cups. '

'Dinner was 250 and we both didn’t even order entrees after we order the ceaser salad takes over an hour to get to the table and was just kinda mid over all needed more dressing both other appetizers were cold. The place ran out of power and the offered no way to help customers out just threw a bunch off glOw sticks on the ground. I understand being busy but this whole time there was a lack of customer service and a terrible reputation of the Hilton chain. Breakfast was good but saw lots people...

'The staff and property were great. We arrived after check in time and had to wait 15 mins until our room was ready. Because of that, we were comped a free Margarita at the bar. Mattress was not comfortable because of slight dip in the middle. Kids running and screaming up and down the hallway at midnight. Final invoice charged us $3 for a bottle of water in the room, which we did not drink. They said they’d remove that charge, so, we’ll see. Unless nothing else is available, we won’t be staying...

'Super clean'

'It seemed like the room had been remodeled but the furniture was old and could be upgraded. The pillows were flat. I requested an extra pillow and the staff left 2 pillows. That was nice, the water in the shower never warmed up, while the water from the sink faucet came out very hot. We had a hard time turning on the AC, it did work but it took a lot of time and effort to turn on. I feel that for rate I was charged they would have been better accommodations.'

'Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time.'

'This was our second stay at this motel and I have to say it was as great of an experience as it was the first time. The owner is extremely friendly and went out of his way to ensure that our room was ready for us since we checked in exactly at 3pm. The motel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. There’s parking spaces directly in front of the room doors and you can usually catch a spot right in front of your room. The AC works great and is quiet.
