Just north of the famous Flagler Beach Pier, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath suite offers the ideal combination of relaxation, walkability, and beachside charm.



Step outside and you're just across the street from the cinnamon sands of Flagler Beach! Walk from your door to the beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, boutiques, and nightlife—all just a few blocks away. A car is only needed to fetch provisions—everything else is right here.



Inside the Flamingo Suite, you’ll enjoy a comfortable king bedroom, a full kitchen for preparing meals, and a living room with a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen bed—perfect for additional guests. Step out onto your private deck to enjoy the salty breeze and warm sunshine. This spacious one-bedroom suite is located on the second floor and is accessible by one flight of stairs (no elevator access). Please note that the unit does not have a direct, front-facing view of the Atlantic.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (4) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.

Pets: NO pets allowed.

Stairs: Guests will need to walk up stairs to get to the unit.
