With unobstructed ocean views, The Compass Star is the best way to enjoy the charming Old Florida feel of Flagler Beach. Beach umbrellas, boogey boards and beach toys are included! An Arcade 1up video game system will offer for the whole family.

At The Compass Star you'll get a spectacular beach view and you'll be located so close to the beach that you can see the waves rolling in! The Compass Star is just 150 feet from Flagler Beach's famous 6 miles of uninterrupted beach. Flagler Beach is uncluttered, lacking the condo high rises and crowds that are characteristic of so many other Florida Beaches. There is a big difference between a partial beach view hundreds of yards from the beach and a great, unobstructed, beach view.

Beach access is convenient at The Compass Star. Public beach access is available at both the 22nd and 23rd street walkovers. The 22nd street walkover is only a few hundred feet from The Compass Star. Guests enjoy having just a short walk to the beach that makes getting your gear to the beach a breeze.

Beach quality is top notch at The Compass Star. It's hard to enjoy the beach when you need to share it with hundreds of other people. At The Compass Star you'll enjoy the lack of crowds. Flagler Beach is famous for its orange tinted coquina shell lined beach and has some of the best waves in Florida. You can enjoy surfing, boogey boarding, fishing, body surfing, collecting shells or a relaxing float, Flagler Beach has something for all beach lovers!

The Compass Star is a newly built luxury home with unobstructed beach views. The Compass Star has 4 bedrooms and 2 decks spread out over 3 levels. The 3rd story deck offers unforgettable views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The inverted design has amazing views from the areas where you spend the most time. Enjoy dreamy bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with a cook top, an oven, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, an Instant Pot pressure cooker and an electric grill conveniently located on the deck outside the kitchen.

Flagler Beach is the best-kept secret in Florida. With 6 miles of unobstructed beaches, Flagler Beach is a barrier island beach town located between St Augustine to the north and Daytona Beach to the south. Featuring Flagler Beach's famous A frame pier, this charming beach town has the Old Florida feel that is so hard to find these days. Perfect for family vacations and much needed getaways, Flagler Beach has great restaurants, charming shops, beautiful parks and offers access to both the intracoastal as well as the ocean. For guests who like to explore, Betty Steflik Preserve and Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation area are nearby. Bring your boat and use Moody Boat Launch. History buffs can enjoy a visit to the Flagler Beach Historical Museum.

OCCUPANCY:

• Occupancy is strictly limited to a maximum of 10 guests with a maximum of 8 adults. At no time can there be more than a total of 10 people in the house.

• Guests will be in default of the Rental Agreement if they have more than 10 people in the house at any time. No parties at any time.

• We will rent only to responsible adults over the age of 25. Inquiries are not accepted from student groups or for weddings/events.

• Violations of any occupancy conditions will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund of rent and/or the security deposit.

We were looking for a property for eight people, and we wanted to be able to cook together, socialize together and just beat together with our family and friends.When we came upon the Compass Star property in Flagler Beach it was too perfect to be true.We didn’t want to get four hotel rooms, but rather a property we could all stay in. In addition, we were attending race events in Daytona Beach and want it to be within that vicinity, but not in a downtown type setting.Flagler Beach is approximately 30 minutes drive from the Daytona raceway, which is perfect.What we really loved about the property is that it’s very clean, our host was especially great as he was in contact and communication along the way until we got checked in.Flagler Beach can be a very busy area when there’s a lot of tourists in town, what’s great about this property is it’s just slightly out of town which leaves you on the quieter side of the beach setting where you can still watch the surfers from an amazing deck view.Comfortable chairs on the patio allow for a great place to socialize. Inside the beds are very comfortable and with eight people and four washrooms that makes it even better.The kitchen has an island type setting and is fully equipped so while a couple of us could always work on dinner prep, the rest of our guests could sit at the island and sip a glass of wine.This home is not the typical type rental that you see, it’s simply a great place to stay, and feels like home, Try it !

The captivating ocean view kept me constantly gazing out the windows. A highlight of the week for my family was enjoying the ocean sights and sounds together from the comfort of the third-story deck. It was an unforgettable experience. Pack binoculars! In the second-story master suite, my husband and I had the soothing sounds of the ocean to lull us to sleep. Despite the proximity of A1A, the road noise was scarcely noticeable. Although daytime traffic was steady, the ocean sounds overshadowed it. We didn’t notice any traffic sounds at night while sleeping. My family appreciated the comfortable beds. The bunkbeds were the sturdiest we’ve ever encountered. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and cookware. The whole house was very clean. The host, Michael, provided outstanding service. He swiftly responded to my inquiries before arrival and was attentive to our needs during our stay. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. It was a wonderful vacation experience for my husband and me and our adult children!
