Lovely winter getaway
My mom and I booked this for a winter getaway and a base to visit the Grand Canyon. We are Phoenicians but know flagstaff. The place was nice, clean, convenient and safe. The only problems were the microwave did not work and I filtered in my search for places with a hot tub and this place appeared in my results and a hot tub was listed in the amenities section. But there was no hot tub. The owner/neighbor was still cleaning when we arrived…but only a few moments after check in time did we have to wait for her to finish. She was nice. The rental is on property with the owners so if you want total privacy they did respect of but I felt they were close. And of course we heard the dogs and the roosters which we didn’t mind but just giving feedback. I would rent it again even though there were some disappointments I felt it was clean, safe and convenient.

Enjoyable base camp
Accomodations were nice and loved the relatively quiet location compared to others we’ve stayed in Flagstaff. The house was well appointed, comfortable, and while on outskirts of Flagstaff, still really easy to get around and visit our daughter at NAU, go to restaurants, and go on hikes. Would definitely stay again…

Quiet Escape

Cute place.
We have a family of five and thought this place was perfect for us. Our two youngest (8, 12) fit perfect on the couches while my oldest had a room to himself. It was a little rough at times only having one bathroom, but it was a great place to stay in.

Unique Country Working Vacation
We brought our 15 year old poodle with us on our working vacation. It was perfect for us. Nice little enclosed yard so qe could let her out and in very easily without having to leash her luke we do at our townhome.

This is our second stay here and we've enjoyed it both times. Very easy process renting and checking in and out. The home and property are clean and well maintained. Location is great and the home has everything you need for an extended stay. We will definitely be back a third time!

Lovely Home
My husband and i took the kids for a weekend away where we could enjoy family time. This was the perfect spot! We made cookies, smores, played games and enjoyed watching movies on there very large television, lol. It was an amazing weekend. Would definitely return in the future. 😊

Comfortable home with beautiful view. Nice yard for our German Shepherd. Perfect for our week getaway for skiing and snowboarding. Place was warm, clean, plenty of hot water, well stocked kitchen and just what we were looking for in regards to location.

Property was very clean and much appreciated. Being from the Midwest, we were surprised at the lack of outdoor yard, but that isn’t a knock against the property, it’s just not what we were used to. House is a convenient drive from GCNP and Sedona. Highly recommend. No complaints at all!

Belated Graduation Vacation
Our twin nieces graduated high school in 2020. We had been planning a vacation with them as their gift. Then COVID happened! So two years later here we are heading to Arizona! We wanted to stay in a home close to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Flagstaff. We found this perfect place! It was out of the city so that we could see the stars, relax, and use it as our base while we traveled throughout Arizona. The location was great, and the home was very comfortable, with games, and a large screen TV. We had long days and needed a place to relax, eat meals, have fun, and get rest. It was perfect!

Love this cute little place!
The house is just the right size, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels, dishes and other amenities. We really enjoyed the little fenced in space to have coffee in the morning and let our dog run around off leash. It’s located a bit north of town in a quite neighborhood. We drove south 10-20mins in to town for most dinners and north approx an hour to the Grand Canyon and some other sites. We were able to take our Springer Spaniel just about everywhere in Flagstaff and Sedona. There are lots of nice restaurants with patios that allow dogs. It was a great visit and Shauna was easy to work with too.

Good location for day hiking
Our family stayed in this unit over the weekend as we visited Flagstaff for some hiking and visiting the Lowell Observatory. The unit was as advertised and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. It also had great views of Mt. Humphreys. The host communicated well when we needed them. Overall, this was exactly what we were looking for with our weekend retreat.

SUPER COMFY
Let me tell you the size is perfect for 5 people and a dog , amazing 2 bed with a pull out sofa , the house was so clean and easy check in! No need to bring anything extra for a dog or baby they have a play pen/ dog bed/ dog food/ baby bassinet. The house was perfect amount away from the city easy to explore the mountains , we hit Arizona snow bowl and it was snowing hard and it was fun to see from someone who sees heat everyday , only down side was no hand soap so I used dish soap , and the "things provided" weren't provided but that's okay I will definitely stay again ! I will sure not pack so much since they have a lot already , the price was amazing for 3 nights 🌙 👏

Such a cute little home! We're so glad it was clean! Queen beds were fine. Full kitchen was put to good use. Loved the big screen TV in living room and TVs in each bedroom. We couldn't connect to the WiFi but our 5G phones worked just fine. 40 mins from Snow Bowl. We would book this VRBO again.

Hidden gem!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was incredibly clean and had anything you would ever need. We thought it looked even bigger and nicer in person than in the pics. (that never happens!). It was plenty big for our family of 4 and 2 small dogs. The fenced yard is had enough space for our 2 dogs to get out some wiggles. It's a straight shot to Historic Flagstaff and took us 10 minutes to get there. The house was quiet and peaceful with beautiful mountain views from the yard. The house even had a small tree and some Christmas decorations. It was incredibly welcoming and had so many personal touches. We would love to return. Highly recommend!

Nice cottage and understanding host
The location is nice and quiet. Shauna, the host, is very nice and understanding. We were confused with the check out date and didn’t check out on time. Shauna showed her patience with us and she even invited us for Thanksgiving dinner. The cottage is clean as overall. However, there are stubborn stains and grease in the oven and the kettle. And I wish I could enjoy the fresh eggs as she promised but they didn’t show up there!

Of all the places we have stayed I would say this property was the best equipped of them all. Most everything of the what I would call essentials were there and then there were some luxury items too. We were very appreciative of the farm fresh eggs! Yum! Our dog, Nova was very welcomed too with bowls and beds. We hope we can stay here again sometime when we are visiting our daughter who is a student at NAU.

This little cabin was perfect for our family. The checking process was so easy, and when we arrived the place was spotless. There wasn’t anything we needed that we couldn’t find! The perfect distance out of town
I felt at home immediately. Lots of privacy and quiet but close enough to town to grab something to eat if we didn’t feel like cooking. Great base to explore many things within an hour or two drive...Sunset Crater and Wupatki National Monuments, Sedona, even the Grand Canyon if you have the notion to go. Our dog enjoyed greeting the owner’s animals and ran over to the gate every time e got home from somewhere to see if they were there. He enjoyed the fenced yard with plenty of space. I loved everything about it.
