Wonderful location

This property is located in a nice and very convenient location of the city. While the couches were very comfortable, the room placements could have been better. Also, there are too many light switches. It became a game of find the right light switch. Lastly, the rear patio was unusable. Spiders and dust everywhere and no cushions on the patio chairs. Don’t hold the stair rails, you might end up with a splinter, they are uncared for making traversing the uneven entry steps somewhat dangerous.

Wonderful!!

This was a quiet weekend for us and this was the perfect house for it! Loved the view of the rocks and deck and spent every night in the jacuzzi on the upper deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at the house and the bedrooms were quiet and comfy. Perfect location for day trips too. We will be back!! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay but suggest, bring firewood, tv complications and heating units were confusing to operate and loud. Outside of bbq was very dirty. Inside bbq was ok for our hamburgers. Expired things in fridge should be thrown out by cleaning staff.

Anniversary getaway

Our trip was to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and our friends 38th. The house was well maintained, clean, well stocked with appliances, and very cozy and relaxing. The house was even equipped with a kennel attached to house for accompanying dogs should you need. The host provided a great local place to eat (Sachmo’s). Would like to return with our adult children for a ski vacation.

Amazing property!

Wow... This place was perfect. Beautiful, comfortable, easy access to everything... Only constructive criticism - we came during ski season and the driveway (steep) wasn't cleared. People came on 3rd day... Everything else was wonderful!

Great for dogs and families

This place was amazing! Very pet friendly and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipment with everything you would need plus more. The deck was beautiful and the vote from the hot tub was great. Everything worked perfectly and it was close to a lot of things. We went to the Grand Canyon and Bearizona, plus hiking and skiing. We will definitely be back again. Loved it. Beds were comfortable, lots of bathroom and perfect neighborhood. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Upscale well-appointed home in quiet neighborhood

This was a perfect home for us to enjoy right at the base of Mt Elden area! The home has a wonderful layout - many levels and very warm decor. We cook many meals ourselves and found the kitchen to be fully stocked - more than most any other home we have rented. The location was perfect for us - many wonderful quiet trails directly out the back door! This home is away from the busy downtown area, but Flagstaff is such an easy area it only takes about 10 minutes to get downtown. A very dog-friendly neighborhood and town! Thank you Kerry for letting us enjoy your home !

Perfect location for a quiet getaway

This home is the perfect location for 3 vacations in one! Me and my husband brought our 18 year old son here as a graduation present. Everyday we were able to to have a new experience and climate change. All of our day trips were short drives with amazing views along the way. Day 1 skiing at the Arizona Bowl. Day 2 was a trip to the Grand Canyon. Day 3 and 4 was spent hiking and exploring Sedona. Day 5 was relaxing in the hot tub looking at backyard view of the wilderness. This home does not back up to other houses which is one of the reasons we decided to stay here. All in all this was a perfect place for us to stay on our vacation.

Flagstaff Sibling Vacation

We used this house as our base location for visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and sightseeing and hiking around Flagstaff. The house was very clean. The house is in a beautiful location set right at the Coconino National Forest. The back gate of the property leads right into the forest. We hiked there a couple of mornings which was awesome. A very clean hot tub on the back deck was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Great star gazing from there also. The house was well setup for what we needed. Perfect arrangement for three adult couples, We would highly recommend this house. Defintely would stay there again.

Cute home

The property location was perfect as I love to walk and hike and it was right on a trail. My only concern was that the area where the hot tub is is not really very secure. Anyone can walk onto the property from the trail (and someone did). It wouldn't hurt to have some more blinds in the downstairs window because of this. The back patio area and chairs were pretty dirty, a good thorough cleaning wouldn't hurt. Other than that, we loved the home and the location.

A Perfect Place for Quiet Reflection

My husband and I ( 60+) spent three memorable nights under the stars while enjoying the well-maintained hot tub. In addition to the very quiet/serene neighborhood, we also enjoyed the convenience of trails right out the back gate. The views, trees and birds provided a nice backdrop for reading, conversation and reflection (we did not turn on the tv once.) The house has great beds/linens and a well-stocked kitchen. Communication with the property manager was seamless. Had a fabulous meal at The Fat Olive and enjoyed the wine and vibe at Vino Loco. We will return!

Perfect spot!!

We had a fantastic experience in this property. It is in a great location for day trips and the hot tub is the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans that were actually big enough to cook a real dinner in. We loved the proximity to trails and the privacy afforded by the backyard. With lots of books and crannies, this was a great place for several adults to vacation together.
