There was no communication that this was going to be a day late arrival. We apologize for your experience with us this time. We had our maintenance go in the room and take a look at the bathroom and rest assured it was old caulking and not mold, and has been fixed. We are sincerely sorry about our service during your stay and hope you see you again soon.

Our early check policy is as follows: early check in is never guaranteed and only based on availability. The day of your arrival, early check in was unavailable as we were short staffed and housekeeping was very busy and had a lot of rooms to clean. When it was brought to the housekeeper's attention that we needed the room as quickly as possible, she immediately got on it and began cleaning it very quickly and efficiently. As far as the 7.50 charge on your card, that is the parking fee for our property and we started that on December 1st. If you have further questions or feedback, please feel free to reach out to us.
