Mooie grote kamers, goede bedden van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg groot complex maar daar heb je geen last van. Nabij ingang parkeren Op het terrein van het hotel is een mooie hike door de bossen Helaas zwembad dicht ivm waterschade

I can’t say anything but good things about this property!!! The ample wood space behind it is perfect for children. They have a playground and we come here every year to play in the snow!

The rooms were amazing and the property fantastic, I especially appreciated the fact that the grounds were extensive and well managed. As birder I was amazed at the diversity of birds found on the property itself.

This hotel is massive. When we checked in, the receptionist neglected to tell us that our room was a 10 minute walk down multiple corridors and up two stairways, and that our car with baggage could have been parked at another entrance nearer to our room. She simply pointed and said “It’s down that hallway and you’ll find an elevator.” We heard other guests complaining about this too. The hotel housekeeping does not routinely service the rooms unless you call to request- which we did and our room was never serviced. The thermostat did not respond to an increase in temperature setting and it was a very chill 63 in our room, especially given the cold and snowy weather.The restaurants were tired, with worn and dirty menus. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Thank you for your comments. We do have a large property. I apologize you were not given better parking instructions and that you room was not serviced after being requested. Maintenance would have been happy to help you with your thermostat if informed of the issue. Your comments regarding your stay and the restaurant menus will be seen by our management staff for training purposes.I do hope you will consider giving us another try.

Nice big room with updated features. The balcony is not a true balcony. Only about 16” deep, so you can stand out there if you’re not oversized, but is not a place to sit and relax.

We were only at the hotel for one night but were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The pool area was so pretty at night and our room was very nice! The bathroom area was especially nice with a large shower and two separate sink areas to get ready in. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an older but well taken care property. Its classy, clean and very large. Has a Sinclair gas station literally on the premises. We were in Lodge 3 (last building) overlooking the park/trail and it was so peaceful and silent at night. The rooms are average size and comes with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker etc. The bathroom was very fancy with a deep tub enclosed in all glass with two sinks and private section fir the toilet. Front desk employees were very nice and professional. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Flagstaff.

My view certainly wasn’t what they showed on the website instead It was view of the parking lot. The TV went on at 4:30 in the morning somehow ( I didnt ever turn it on ). From then on I kept hearing the in and out doors that join the two buildings clicking and knocking and making noise for the rest of the morning. I had a ground floor corner unit that was basically in an intersection between two buildings and the parking lot. Terrible sleep, so I cut my hike at picture Canyon short and went to a movie to have a nap before driving any further.
