Very comfortable, very new house, in a great location to use as a base of operations for our Arizona adventures - close to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome, etc. Lots of great outdoor activities nearby. Convenient access to groceries, gas, entertainment. Although there is construction going on in the neighborhood, it was very quiet at night. The 3 BR, 3 bath (!!!) house was well furnished and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. We felt right at home and that helped us enjoy our trip even more!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay in this lovely home. It is very new, extremely clean, tastefully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. This home is in a good location less than 3 miles to downtown Flagstaff. We highly recommend this home to other travelers. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place - modern, clean and bath/bed ratio was perfect for family travel. Would add a cornhole set for the bbq side yard and some comfy chairs for stargazing on the patio, but otherwise very nicely furnished and stocked. We had a great time!

Wonderful, modern home with plenty of amenities. Pleased with the extras such as plenty of toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap, coffee, even a bottle of wine and sparkling water. A lot of natural light. Be prepared to be woken up to early sun. Very clean and comfortable. If I were to stay in Flagstaff, this is the place to stay.

We had 5 adults aged 48-75 and 2 teenagers and we were very comfortable. We utilized the outdoor patio and the comfy sofas and also played games at the dining table. All the appliances are very nice and everything was very clean. It was nice to have some extra refrigerator space in the front bedroom and a full size washer & dryer. Everything was very nice and we really enjoyed this beautiful home!

Great Home; Enjoyed the Time

My family had a great weekend up at the snow. The home is clean and just as described. It was easy check in and out. The only challenge we had was the neighborhood is new and there was so much snow the subdivision road was a little challenging. But that was not a problem with the home and the owner had shoveled the driveway before we arrived. Highly recommend the home; would happily stay again.

Mid-century Modern Comfort

Justin and his wife's property was supremely comfortable and beautiful to stay in. This newly built home made our stay perfect. The location was close enough to all the amenities and yet secluded and peaceful. Direct access to gas station, I-40, historic route 66. On our departure day, a storm had deposited a few feet of snow, Justin came personally to help us shovel the driveway and arrange to plow us out, He made sure we had everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Outstanding Flagstaff Rental Property

Our stay exceeded all expectations in regards to amenities, cleanliness and location and Justin was a great and very responsive host. We felt completely at home and appreciated the attention to detail which included Christmas decor and a tree! The home is gorgeous. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and highway. Being from Vegas, our kids loved the snow as well! We will definitely look to rent this property again in the future.
