Needs Maintenance & Thicker Walls & Floors
From the first night we checked in, the people in the upstairs condo constantly tromped loudly back and forth, there were repeated sounds of things crashing to the floor above us at all hours of the day AND night and what sounded like heavy furniture being scooted across the floor above us.
The first few mornings at 4 AM we would be woken up by a vibrating alarm and a series of chimes that would continue for 30-45 minutes without being stopped. We did not want to cause problems for the owners, so we did not complain.
Finally last night was our “we’ve had it point”, the loud bangs, dragging and dropping sounds got louder and continued through the night. My husband looked out the window and saw boards and trash being tossed down into the bushes below. Knowing that your agency asks its temporary tenants to be quiet during late evening and early morning hours, went outside and asked what on earth they were doing. They said they were renovating.
