'Clean, tasty breakfast and polite staff.'

'Staff is excellent. Breakfast was served with very fancy table settings (correct for the mansion). Property is super clean. Downside is location, which is just on the edge of the historic district.'

'I enjoyed my stay, however the breakfast portion was very small even for a petite person like myself, I was still very hungry after breakfast. There was a cleaning issue with the bathroom that was overlooked by the cleaning staff that I alerted the owners to that will hopefully be fixed for future visitors. The house is great and very clean overall. The owners are very nice.'

'Everything was great besides the noise. All sounds are heard through the walls. There were people walking/running loudly above us until 11 pm. The front desk asked if it was our kids but we had literally just checked into our room. I’m assuming the loud room wasn’t talked to. '

'Prices are exceptionally high (probably the same as everywhere) for what you get in the restaurants. '

'Location was within walking distance to a vast selection of shops, eatery's, entertainment. Wonderful historical setting. Rooms very clean and bed was soooo comfortable I would highly recommend stellar inn!! '

'The Galt House has undergone a major transformation since the last time my husband and I stayed there...it is beautiful! Our only complaint is that we ordered room service, and our food was not inexpensive (78.00 for breakfast and 98.00 for late dinner). The food had great flavor but for the price, we were disappointed that it was lukewarm to cold and served in to-go containers as opposed to real tableware. Our coffee for breakfast was like ice coffee.'

'When we got to the breakfast there were barely any eggs and no waffle mix. Eventually they brought out more waffle mix. The room Was very nice. I would stay here again. The room next to our thought blared their tv and didnt get much sleep '

'Overall staff was helpful, although check-in was complicated. Was initially advised the room I paid for wasn’t available because I booked through a third party (Expedia), but it got resolved. Also, there’s a club in really close proximity to the hotel. The music was so loud, I could hear the words in my room, on the 6th floor. The hotel itself is beautiful, has a rooftop bar with views of the city and the location makes it easy to get everywhere by foot. '

'We had a late family check in after midnight. Upon arrival the tv didn’t work. We called it in, front desk didn’t seem too accommodating. Repeating rudely that maintenance was gone , didn’t suggest another room or a discount. When requesting another room she responded “if that’s what you want, is that what you want?” We did get another room and that room seemed as if the heat was broken we had set it at 70, then 73 when it wasn’t warming and after awhile we just turned it off because it was...

'What a grand experience! The house was beautiful! Annette was our host, she made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious! Location was perfect for visiting the local distilleries! We will be back….'
