'I stayed here with six friends and it was perfect for everything we wanted! If offers plenty of space, is in the perfect location, was extremely clean, and offered a truly unique, amazing experience for a long weekend getaway. The views from the rooftop are unmatched too! I really appreciate the host, he was very communicative and made it a great experience. Highly recommend, I hope to stay here again. '

'This was an amazing place for my family to stay for our vacation to Kansas City! The mansion is beautiful! The kitchen with its huge stove made it easy for us to make delicious big meals for our family of 13. The beds were so comfortable, and all of the places we visited were less than a 15 minute drive. We definitely want to stay here again!'

'Our group of ten met for our annual reunion, spending three nights in the Sewille House. It was a great stay—very clean, a perfect size for our group & comfortable. Everything was in good working order & very accommodating. William Bates was attentive & resposive. Would stay again & recommend to others.'

The stairs to the living room & bedrooms is off the kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. The outside deck with seating area is nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay’'
